“Not a consumer friendly site. Unnecessary trouble one should bear while returning any product in case not satisfied with it. So better choose Amazon or any other site where Hasselfree purchase/return can be done.My experience is worst and people who follows me in Twitter, Insta and other social media, please avoid this site.”

“The Saree I purchased is of poor quality.Saree's fabric is very thin and transparent. The Saree is also not from handloom, which I thought was supposed to be at the time of purchase. Did not like the Saree at all!👎👎 Not happy with the purchase of Saree, it's fabric quality especially from GoCoop.👎👎👎👎”

“This costly Saree was Not packed properly and there is no excuse for it.had got several Sarees from you previously like Patteda Anchu..etc they were all well packed.when u lose that confidence you think twice about buying it. So pls rectify it”

“Gocoop has a very bad return policy. Image of an article shown in website may be impressive but may not be so when seen physically. But, gocoop doesn't allow it's return or exchange in such case. It allows return/ exchange only in case of damaged product or if a wrong product has been delivered. I didn't like the saree I recently purchased from gocoop when I physically saw it after delivery and requested for its return/ exchange which was not allowed. So, I had to keep the product although I don't like it. Thus, practically this purchase of nearly Rs. 10k is a total waste. So, I or any of my near and dear ones will never go for any more buying from gocoop. After lot research, big companies like flipkart, Amazon have introduced an easy return policy. Even some have offered no question return. This has a positive impact on consumers that's why their number of buyers are huge. Management of gocoop are yet understand this. Apart from this, it's website is not so improved.you have to write an email for anything to communicate. The product was delivered at great delay through post office. Reason given was covid 19 restrictions. But, actually postal Service are exempted from such restrictions. In my view, gocoop will take time to mature. I don't recommend anyone to buy from gocoop.”

“The elastic hoops are very short making the ears hurt immediately after wearing the mask Mask cloth material is ok Previously(6 months back) ordered masks had proper elastic hoops for ears Also one order came directly from jaipur vendor (not from gocoop)”
