Gocoop has a very bad return policy. Image of an article shown in website may be impressive but may not be so when seen physically. But, gocoop doesn't allow it's return or exchange in such case. It allows return/ exchange only in case of damaged product or if a wrong product has been delivered. I didn't like the saree I recently purchased from gocoop when I physically saw it after delivery and requested for its return/ exchange which was not allowed. So, I had to keep the product although I don't like it. Thus, practically this purchase of nearly Rs. 10k is a total waste. So, I or any of my near and dear ones will never go for any more buying from gocoop. After lot research, big companies like flipkart, Amazon have introduced an easy return policy. Even some have offered no question return. This has a positive impact on consumers that's why their number of buyers are huge. Management of gocoop are yet understand this. Apart from this, it's website is not so improved.you have to write an email for anything to communicate. The product was delivered at great delay through post office. Reason given was covid 19 restrictions. But, actually postal Service are exempted from such restrictions. In my view, gocoop will take time to mature. I don't recommend anyone to buy from gocoop.
