“Very conventional and ordinary collection. The worst part that I am not even allowed an exchange. In online shopping, at least one should be able to exchange if not return. Very disappointed. Have stashed away the two sarees”

“I have got a product of 3-layered masks from Nakshi Creations that I am not satisfied with. It is because when I wear a mask, due to the elastic put behind ears, it is getting pulled, which is leading to the opening of the mask from the sides. What is the point of wearing a mask, if it has opening from both sides, how will it protect me? Maybe something needs to be done, so that the corners of the mask sticks or stays on the face and not get open in any manner.”

“Regarding the Order No GC21886 I have raised request on 5th September 2020, regarding the Order No GC21886, requesting either to exchange big Kites against the kites which I have purchased or refund the money. I have got e mail reply from Support Team saying they will revert back by EOD 6th September 2020. Afterwards there is no reply from the team, inspite I have sent reminder mails. Till now I did not receive confirmation from support Team.”

“By mistake bought cotton costly fabrics instead of sarees. Wanted to return it as it's of no use. They didn't take it back. So purchase should give a notice of no return of fabric policy. Wasted 2100 INR.”

“I recently purchased items worth 15000 and I needed to exchange two items ....one for bigger size and other for saree.....but didnot get response.....very unhappy purchasing on gocoop.....I will give three stars may be two and half also because exchange is not feasible....I won't whole heartedly recommend gocoop.”

“Not happy with the product. Very slow customer service for return..the pick up guy just landed at my place without any call or prior intimation from your side. Refund has still not been processed it's more than 3 weeks. You really need to step up”

“The saree looked colorwise different from the ad pic. Contacted the support info and called the 800 number, because I would like to the saree. I was told that return only exchangw is possible. Unfortunately, this policy was not given at the purchase. 8 was told to be contacted, but heard never back from the 800 number group. Please follow up with directions how to return the saree. Sincerely, Angelika Fuehrich”

“While the range of sarees is very good, the delivery process needs a lot of improvement. It has been nearly 1 week since I placed the second order (of 3 sarees). There has been no information so far on the status of the dispatch for 2 out of the 3. My commendation of gocoop will be far higher if I was confident to get the sarees on time.”

“Item booked on 16th of june...after passing 19 days, still item is in transit...during order, it was mentioned delivery will be within 4-6 days... Request you to please make fair display of your product delivery, enabling customer to evaluate occassion versus the actual arrival date of gift.”
