Regarding the Order No GC21886
I have raised request on 5th September 2020, regarding the Order No GC21886, requesting either to exchange big Kites against the kites which I have purchased or refund the money.
I have got e mail reply from Support Team saying they will revert back by EOD 6th September 2020. Afterwards there is no reply from the team, inspite I have sent reminder mails. Till now I did not receive confirmation from support Team.
