“The products themselves were excellent although pricey. The delivery updates were inconsistent to tracker. Lastly, on the points earned, customers should have the flexibility (no Rs1,000/ transaction limit) to use as they please. They have earned it right & not force them to buy more. Not good marketing practice. I am a loyal customer with over a 1lakh points that is simply accumulating. Thanks, Lakshmi”

“A wonderful selection of fabrics but go coop need to do more pop ups not least because their no refunds policy when go coop gets the color or size wrong is not entirely fair. And exchanges v hard to make a reality once u send something back”

“Hi, I ordered saree from Canada. The total price of saris are 5k. But I ended up paying 10k including shipping and duty charges. I bought two sarees. One saree is really good. Worth the initial price 2800. But the other one felt very pricy for the quality of the saree.”

“The customer service is great, the web page is quick and easy to navigate, can use a little bit of improvement. Live chat was good when it worked. The prices are high, I felt they are catering to NRI customers rather than domestic customers.”

“The first order placement, delivery as well as exchange, thanks to Mr. Paramanik, was excellent. However, for the second order that i placed on the 1st of August, I was informed on the 3rd that the item is not available; i informed them that a refund or voucher would be fine; it's been more than a week but Gocoop is yet to respond.”
