“purchased three tie-dye bed sheets. quality is good. only issue is it’s rough cotton so not comfortable while sleeping. works great as a bedcover. not able to machine wash is also a hurdle.”

“Wrong product was delivered in terms of colour. The catalogue said " Purple hand woven polka dot tussar silk saree" the picture was also purple yet a crimson red saree was delivered. So much for quality check”

“Sometimes the product is not available and one has to go through the hassle of getting a refund. It is better to only list the available stock. In case the product does not meet the requirement , there should be a provision to get a monetary refund , instead of being forced to purchase something of a similar value, when you don't need it. That is the reason for giving a 3 . Else the staff are helpful and have no issues on account of service .”

“i. the tie-dye design is creative and pleasing to the eye. size is good. ii. the surface, as expected with handloom is rough. using it as a bed cover instead as a bed sheet. iii. would have loved it to be machine washable. dry cleaning is too expensive and hand washing time consuming. iv. last but not the least. packaging was bad. there was no inner protection. just one polythene. the fabric could have easily torn. i was lucky nothing happened besides the portion on the top getting dirty. overall a good product. could have been packed properly and delivered faster. 3/5”

“The quality of the product is fairly good, but the delivery system has to be improved and coordinated well so that the customer gets the exact date by which he can get the product for sure. Now, this is lacking.”

“Your products are nice and authentic. I wish you had a system of including product description/company tag with the article. Also the product was not picked up for delivery for over 3 days.Weekend support is also not available.I had to mail to get the order picked for delivery.There seems to be some logistics issue ,I hope you will be able to sort it out in future.”

“With handlooms the color sometimes looks completely different when actually delivered. I requested an exchange of a dupatta for another colour but they declined. I felt disappointed.”

“It is good if the saree comes with an option of edging and pico options at the checkout. For international customers, it is required as the edging and pico services is not available for them.”

“I like the Saree, but there should be option pico and fall done for the customers abroad so they can wear the Saree immediately without again looking for tailor to do that , but other than that I received the Saree promptly and well packed. Saree was really beautiful”
