“Colours were rather patchy. We are familiar with block prints which are usually more evenly coloured than what we were sent. This about the indigo material. The mauve coloured material differed in shade from the material shown in the catalogue.”

“Quality, fabrics all very good but shipping to be improved. Purple fabric reached correctly but shibori fabric reached a bit late but my complaint is address was not written full. Only half address was written on the parcel but luckily correct pone number was written so the courier person called up took full address and sent me.”

“The product itself is nice, but the RETRUN process is very difficult. I purchased 4 bedsheets, and want to return 2 of them. I like the bedsheet fabric, the print the size options are great. however, to return the other two, one has to write many emails, and after one week of exchanging emails, the return is still not done. I don't know when GoCoop will complete the process.”

“Your bedsheets are good. I like the fabric quality. But some photographs on your site show true colours, some don't. So you should have a easy return policy.”
