The product itself is nice, but the RETRUN process is very difficult.
I purchased 4 bedsheets, and want to return 2 of them.
I like the bedsheet fabric, the print the size options are great.
however, to return the other two, one has to write many emails, and after one week of exchanging emails, the return is still not done. I don't know when GoCoop will complete the process.
