“Products are good, but Customer Service needs to improve. Products that are ordered as "in stock" suddenly become out of stock before delivery.”

“The material is not what I expected . They’re very shiny and thick and seem like art silk. Also one saree had green patches above the border for more than half the saree …. Very disappointing”

“The wide range of artisanal products provides good possibilities. However, the primary thing lacking is unavailability of the length of fabric…Half a metre is most desired. Even though the company makes good profit from selling in full metres.In fact it is a deterrent to shopping as handwoven fabrics are quite expensive!!”

“i am a very very old patron of GoCoop - since almost since you started business. These days when i buy fabric there is Almost always a 10cm shortage in the fabric received by me. I have raised the issue once, twice but the issue repeats. one or another cooperative is sending the fabric about 10 cm short each time. not always but often enough. Even expensive silk fabric is short”

“While I am satisfied with the product, I am unsatisfied with delivery timelines and process. My order was delayed by a week. Please mention on the website that you will call from xyz no. and then only dispatch items. In this age of spam calls, certainly one can't expect to receive every unknown phone call. For this reason I ll rethink any further purchase from this website.”

“The products are very nice. But GoCoop will have to improve on customer satisfaction area. Return and Refund processes are really very time consuming and not user-friendly. Kindly make this process more user-friendly.”
