“Not so happy with pure silk/tussar silk collection”

“I would like to highlight 2 points.Firstly when you buy many products the tracking becomes a nightmare as only numbers are provided as opposed to pictures along with tracking numbers so that you know which shipment has which product.secondly I placed an order for one ajrakh and one indigo stole.I received 2 simple block printed stokes.Attention to detail is required so that you don't ship wrong products.I was v disappointed this time.”

“The variety is very good but the option to order in 1/2 meter for fabric is a must. Like for kurta we should be able to order 2.5m. Many a times I do not order and go for other sites is becos of this reason. Also I am waiting for my order since 1 week,not yet arrived and no correspondence received.”

“The collection of items is good but faulty packaging of wrong size product is seen. Exchange/ Retun procedure is not smooth. Customer support can be improved”

“Please choose the reliable courier company to serve your customers. I don't have any complaints about the product; however, the delivery was very late and when I inquired about the delay, I got to know that the courier company has only one executive to deliver the products, hence, it got delayed.”

“Namaskaram, My husband ordered it.( i had forwarded the link to him).The purchase process was nice & I was happy while making the purchase. Just one important glitch which I don't know whether you can do something about it. The color I saw on the site & ordered was lil gentler matte shade of yellow which I perceived to be lil sober version of turmeric/mustard, but what I received was bright canary yellow which is not what I was looking for. Also, the zari border as per the picture which enticed me was lil more matte muted metallic silver. What i received was jhatak silver border :-). Just that change of yellow color & zari border shade ...the sari is still sitting in my wardrobe. I was really looking forward to wearing this purchase, now I am thinking if I shud give it away. Your platform is wonderful. I do appreciate what you have created. Wish i could have gotten mera wala yellow & silver. Hope someday it might be possible that I get the color I ordered. I understand everything that's beautiful and seamless, takes time to create. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors. pranam veena”

“I ordered three masks. Two masks were fine, they were overpriced but I am assuming fair wages. But the third was terrible in quality, it was bad fabric, the embroidery still had adda marks, elastic didnt work. Delivery was prompt but I was disappointed with the third mask. :(”
