Sometimes the product is not available and one has to go through the hassle of getting a refund. It is better to only list the available stock.
In case the product does not meet the requirement , there should be a provision to get a monetary refund , instead of being forced to purchase something of a similar value, when you don't need it. That is the reason for giving a 3 .
Else the staff are helpful and have no issues on account of service .
