The first order placement, delivery as well as exchange, thanks to Mr. Paramanik, was excellent.
However, for the second order that i placed on the 1st of August, I was informed on the 3rd that the item is not available; i informed them that a refund or voucher would be fine; it's been more than a week but Gocoop is yet to respond.
