The products themselves were excellent although pricey.
The delivery updates were inconsistent to tracker.
Lastly, on the points earned, customers should have the flexibility (no Rs1,000/ transaction limit) to use as they please. They have earned it right & not force them to buy more. Not good marketing practice. I am a loyal customer with over a 1lakh points that is simply accumulating.
