I recently purchased items worth 15000 and I needed to exchange two items ....one for bigger size and other for saree.....but didnot get response.....very unhappy purchasing on gocoop.....I will give three stars may be two and half also because exchange is not feasible....I won't whole heartedly recommend gocoop.
