The process of ordering the saree was easy. I am happy that the order was processed immediately and was ready to be shipped , unfortunately the order was never delivered the first time. I had to follow up instead of they contacting me through my email. The second time delivery went through fine. The actual color of saree was much lighter shade than on the website. The 4 start review is for not being proactive about the shipping and color not matching the website.
