I had ordered for 9 pieces of clothes but there were 8pieces in the courier I received...the invoice sent in the courier had 9 items listed. I had to click photo of items received, write email ...response was received after a day saying that the piece was not available in stock so not sent...had I not complained, this would not surface and no refund also would be received....we tend to buy from reputed vendors paying more than market rate for their wares since we expect credibility from them...this left a bad taste in the mouth. In another instance when I left a question as to where on the website I could get details of dupatta -salwar combos ...they sent me link for dupatta first...on repeating my question..they sent me link for salwar kurta and dupatta sets...no clearcut response that they don't sell dupatta salwar combos...disappointing
