The buying experience was good. The items were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The products are of the same quality as described on the website.
The only problem I have as a buyer is that, in the case of the Pochampally handwoven sarees I bought, I could not tell from the digital pictures the colors of two sarees correctly (out of the four I bought)....I am a little disappointed that the colors are not what I thought from the digital pictures. The other two are fine.
