The entire experience was excellent. The website was easy to navigate plus I was able to purchase the sarees in a different currency without issues. When there was an issue in shipping due to the pandemic, I received frequent updates which made me less anxious. The products were also excellent.
The only thing I would improve is that I would add a little card which each saree with a short description of the handwork that goes into it. Similar to what you can find on the website.
