I ordered an expensive saree from Gocoop - it was my first purchase. After I paid for it I saw the same saree on gocoop's Facebook site, and a comment saying that the seller was duping clients. Worried I wrote to Gocoop but did not hear from them. But the saree arrived on time and it was beautiful and in excellent condition. I am glad that I did not cancel the order and the poor weaver did not suffer because of a malicious comment. However, it would have been nice to have a response from Gocoop.
