I am yet to receive an item against my order number GC31020. I have spoken with your Customer support person, and have also written a mail to your support group in this regard, but I am yet to receive any assurance that my issue would get resolved. The status in the Order indicates that the order has been fulfilled, but in reality only one item out of two has been delivered to me.
