The experience is based on two purchases totalling four items.
Quality of products is suspect and would appreciate if you could QC it before listing and shipment.
More importantly your support person is slow, unprofessional and downright lazy. You will lose more customers with the extremely poor levels of service. I wouldn't get back to buy anything as there are several options. Sorry about this but hope you understand the very fact I am giving feedback you should help you.
