This Diwali shopping was the first time when I ordered from GoCoop. I ordered saree, kantha bedcovers, and cotton silk blouse piece. I am very happy with the Saree and bedcovers and find blouse piece to be okay. One thing apart from products that struck positive to me was customer support. There was some delivery notification issue for which I contacted the GoCoop team and I got great support and which was remarkable. The lady I spoke to was very supportive and it gave me a reassurance feeling as she could relate to my concern and helped me with the solution.
