Unfortunately, my current experience with GoCoop has been miserable. I have purchased 5 sarees in the past and this time it was overall very disappointing. The saree I purchased was nothing like the pictures on the website. The website description and picture says the background colour of the saree is beige whereas the colour is dusty gold. And the borders as per the website description says is cyan whereas upon receiving the saree the border colour is clearly dark green. Besides, the tassels on your website shows beige and teal. The saree I received has simply plain dark green tassels. This is not a saree I wish to have, as I clearly ordered basis the description and photo of the saree I saw on your website. I saw the saree on multiple devices and the colours and even the product is different from the actual product I received. Hence, I wished to initiate a return and refund. I wrote multiple mails and also through the contact form on the site and received no reply. Finally I revived a reply that a pick up has been arranged with no date for pick up given and the pick up came on a day when we were not around so we cancelled it. I am totally unhappy with both the product and the service but I am not returning the product since I am not even sure you will refund me the money easily. There will again be no response from your team, and finally I won't even have the sari and not even get the money. I have not much faith in your systems and processes. Very disappointing.
