1- Good packaging.
2- but the communication about the product in terms of its transit, has been erratic. Covid could be the reason, so one understands.
3- If two products are ordered together- its better to post them together. Because in the order, and in one's memory- they come together. If one receives only 1, and is waiting for the other- its difficult to trace.
4- For sarees, gocoop could consider offering services for finishing of the saree pallu edge + fall (and charge for it)
