The quality of the product/item is very good. However there's less communications regarding despatch of the ordered items which gives a panic at times because now it's always prepaid orders and some of the items are costly..so it will be helpful there's a status information available on the site or conveyed through SMS and email about the ordered items, whether it has been despatched or is getting delayed or whatever it may be. Otherwise the service was very good.
