Can't complain about the quality of the gear, however the customer service and communication is absolutely appalling. I still haven't received my order after almost a year. The order has been delivered to an address that I stopped living at months ago, which I only found out after repeatedly contacting customer service and receiving the shipping information. I am beyond disappointed, as I would have preferred to remain a customer, but I don't see that as a viable option anymore.
