The order has been delivered to an address that I stopped living at months ago, which I only found out after repeatedly contacting customer service and receiving the shipping information. I am beyond disappointed, as I would have preferred to remain a customer, but I don't see that as a viable option anymore.”

No charge for the second seat pad, I simply took it away and they trusted me to return the posted one when it eventually arrived.
