I have used Goggles4u many times and they've always delivered the right glasses. However, for my most recent order, an incorrect prescription was delivered. I did raise the issue with Customer Services who asked if I would like a replacement. After replying that I would be happy to receive a replacement, they simply started blanking my emails. No response whatsoever! So, I am now contacting my credit card for a dispute. In summary, it's all good until there's a problem. If something goes wrong, don't expect anything in terms of customer service. Quite disappointing indeed.
