Very bad service. Ordered some business card and heard nothing by the date they were supposed to deliver. Contacted them and they said "we reached out to you via email there is a problem with the sizing" (n.b. they didn't, no email even in spams).
Turns out if took 2 min for them to resize it, they did and then refused to expedite it to match a deadline that would allow me to get it on time despite it being doable unless i'd pay for it. I proposed to come pick it up at their shop to save time but they are apparently not even based in Singapore.
On top of that customer service is arrogant, blames it on you, refuses to admit mistake and very much not arranging (despite it being their fault, they'll refuse to expedite unless you pay extra).
