“Whatsapp reply to enquiry is fast, but colours of the name card print turns out to be quite far off. I have already converted and adjusted the colours into cmyk on my end to ensure that it's something I can accept, but the print result is off. Off from the proof they showed me. As an artist, colours is important. Opted for gogoprint because of the assurance of colour proof. If it's going to be off anyways, you might as well order from shopee listings, cheaper shipping too.”

“Truly truly disappointing. I used them 2 years ago and had smooth service so was looking forward to using them again but this time round.. My god. Every single step of the process was horrendous and full of issues. Every single order they said they can't process my image (which was in the right format btw) because it wasn't saved specifically in adobe illustrator. They then tried to charge me $5 each for "processing fee" which involved them opening my file and resaving it. After complaining, they got it through (after much back and forth). Delivery was delayed multiple times without a single notice (and when I complained again all they had was oh sorry here's 10% off). Here's the kicker - I got an NFC name card and the colours weren't just off but they were completely unrecognisable from the original haha. They tried to pass this off as "oh yeah NFC cards have different printing process so it may not be an exact match". Honestly, never again. Gogoprint, get your act together.”

“I placed an order for Kraft sticker labels, and my artwork had a white background. Nowhere on the website did it indicate that Kraft stickers would be printed only on brown paper. The artwork proof on the site showed my design exactly as uploaded — with a white background — and still no mention was made that the final print would appear on brown. Gogoprint even contacted me to verify the margins, yet at no point did they inform me that the artwork would be printed on a brown background. I confirmed that the margins were fine. When the stickers arrived, they were printed on brown paper. While customer service has been responsive, they have been otherwise completely unhelpful in resolving the issue, claiming that the proof “shows Kraft paper” and that full-color printing obscures the brown background. They offered a 10% discount, but no meaningful recovery or solution. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Gogoprint and will not be using their services again.”

“I printed 200 copies of booklet. They printed everything on wrong order. They also never called to check if the order pages are correct despite the fact the pages are written clearly on the artwork. When you WhatsApp them, no one responded. I even went down to their office but it is a registered office only.”

“Ordered a banner from Gogoprint on 18/8/2025 for delivery on 27/8/2025. Customer service so far so good then to realise.. delivery was late. It was not received on 27/8/2025 and despite contacting them on 28/8/2025 to have the item delivered on time on 28/8/2025..and it is 5pm now and still not received. We have a business to run and if every vendor is to come late on us, we would have shut down doors soon... good and bad experience both at the same time, so for those who wants to print banners or anything, please think twice.”

“I ordered my business cards 2 weeks in advanced. Told customer service that i had a flight on 12 Apr and they told me they will deliver by 11 Apr. I'm now overseas attending several business meetings with NO business card.”

“Very bad experience Paid up last year for sngbsk orintong -stated it’ll ready by 13/1/25. Called and called turn they say only on 28/1/25- on CNY itself. They are refusing to refund us the $800 dollars for doing nothing so far. Disappointingly dishonest business practice. Most responsible printers will contact us to highlight this issue as it’s angbao printing. Now we can’t give to our customers. So embarrassing . Will tell all our friends to avoid this sleazy company.”

“Wonderful customer service all the way through from the What’s App Q&A to working through the artwork and the fast delivery of the banner. The process was seamless and my questions get answered. I am very happy with the service delivery and would definitely use gogoprint again. I will also recommend gogoprint to others”

“Very bad service. Ordered some business card and heard nothing by the date they were supposed to deliver. Contacted them and they said "we reached out to you via email there is a problem with the sizing" (n.b. they didn't, no email even in spams). Turns out if took 2 min for them to resize it, they did and then refused to expedite it to match a deadline that would allow me to get it on time despite it being doable unless i'd pay for it. I proposed to come pick it up at their shop to save time but they are apparently not even based in Singapore. On top of that customer service is arrogant, blames it on you, refuses to admit mistake and very much not arranging (despite it being their fault, they'll refuse to expedite unless you pay extra).”

“Do not get their translucent name cards. Quality is very bad and out of printed of 50pcs, only 4 (with one eye closed) are usable to give out. Edges of translucent name cards are not clean, and extremely rough on all sides. Corners are not cut properly. Some corners print have been scratched out. Quality of name card is extremely poor. Reached out to customer service for any form of recovery. Said they will get back in 3 to 5 days. After 10 days, no follow up. I had to reach out to them for them to ask me again about my issue after explaining with photos earlier. Don't waste your time. There is no quality check in their company.”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Email regarding design amendments ended up in junk mail and despite knowing that delivery was supposed to be out by 2nd Jan, there was no follow up phone call or email for us to rectify our design. Upon calling, customer service was of no help and demanded I pay additional money to get it mailed out before my event date. Customer service was unapologetic and kept insisting that it they did not follow up as they do not do phone calls. Asked for a full refund and was then told the order had already been printed even though they stated that they were unable to proceed with my order due to the errors in design. Highly unprofessional and no transparency between customer and company.”

“First, they have poor customer service as remarks are not in the system on what’s happening so you always have to repeat your story. Good arrived with errors in them, some parts printing was missed out. Then they put the wrong address to the delivery company to pick up the box with printing errors. On top of that one packet is supposed to have 8 pieces, only came with 6 inside. Sales staff Aswin just disappears with no response when you email or call. Totally disappointing and disgusting service, quality of packaging is also super flimsy and cheap”

“Encountered the same problem as Angel, Our print had misaligned ink, and they blamed us for submitting JPEG file, but we submitted PDF file, which is what their website states. Upon further research and interview with other printing companies, this ink misalignment is not due to our print file, (as our test prints were not misaligned) This error is likely caused by their printer or ink cartridge.”

“Price is great but they are unable to deliver simple printing services. Received error in printing but they told me I send them the error file. Impossible they can print one batch right and the other batch wrongly. Service is slow and horrible too. You get what you pay for.”

“Paid a premium for delivery within 2 working days but couldn't deliver even within 4 working days. Then what is the point of having a faster delivery option? Customer service couldn't even be bothered to reply. Disappointing service and do not recommend.”
