Would give 0 stars if I could. Email regarding design amendments ended up in junk mail and despite knowing that delivery was supposed to be out by 2nd Jan, there was no follow up phone call or email for us to rectify our design. Upon calling, customer service was of no help and demanded I pay additional money to get it mailed out before my event date. Customer service was unapologetic and kept insisting that it they did not follow up as they do not do phone calls. Asked for a full refund and was then told the order had already been printed even though they stated that they were unable to proceed with my order due to the errors in design. Highly unprofessional and no transparency between customer and company.

First, they have poor customer service as remarks are not in the system on what’s happening so you always have to repeat your story. Good arrived with errors in them, some parts printing was missed out. Then they put the wrong address to the delivery company to pick up the box with printing errors. On top of that one packet is supposed to have 8 pieces, only came with 6 inside. Sales staff Aswin just disappears with no response when you email or call. Totally disappointing and disgusting service, quality of packaging is also super flimsy and cheap

Encountered the same problem as Angel, Our print had misaligned ink, and they blamed us for submitting JPEG file, but we submitted PDF file, which is what their website states. Upon further research and interview with other printing companies, this ink misalignment is not due to our print file, (as our test prints were not misaligned) This error is likely caused by their printer or ink cartridge.

Price is great but they are unable to deliver simple printing services. Received error in printing but they told me I send them the error file. Impossible they can print one batch right and the other batch wrongly. Service is slow and horrible too. You get what you pay for.

I have not received my business card,yet more than 10 days behind schedule. I called customer support but still have not received it after the date he told me.

Paid a premium for delivery within 2 working days but couldn't deliver even within 4 working days. Then what is the point of having a faster delivery option? Customer service couldn't even be bothered to reply. Disappointing service and do not recommend.

Apparently quality was too low for the namecards even though the file i sent through was 42mb. There was also no recommended ways for me to update the file and they ended up sending me an incredibly pixelated card. No quality checking at all Gogoprint is an absolute waste of money

Horrible. Sent and got approved our brand font in gold, product I received is in black- completely diffferent?! The name on namecard I provided in draft has spellings changed too for some reason, the designer likes changing things and is not meticulous and do not even understand basic brand color’s importance and should be kept consistent

Very bad customer service. Will not recommend them. I was asking them nicely if my design is good for printing, the staff replied me rudely to check on their website without answering to my question.

I am a first-time customer. I have placed my order and paid. I have not received an invoice as stated on gogoprint's website. The call did not go through when I was told to press 1 for English and 2 for other languages. Sent two emails no response. Do you think I will be able to get my order after 6 working days?

Pay for their design, came out worst than their existing templates. I've to give them my design. So what's the design fee I paid for. Their order platform also confusing. Keep asking me top up money coz my order didn't cover this and that. Feeling I was tricked and cheated by their published commitments. Don't feel like continue my order when met with lousy supplier.

Order No.: OR232112110026 OR232112109745 Since last week, I have contacted you guys 6 times regarding an existing order. After every single round of conversation, your agent forcefully went against my instructions despite me saying "No, No, No" non-stop on the phone. I told your agent to NOT re-create an order, she anyhow did it without informing me, only to be found days later; I said keep everything the same except for the varnish, someone changed the round corner to no round corner; I said proceed to print immediately, you guys came up with me again hours later to tell me there's resolution issue with the file, by the time it's already too late and I don't need it anymore. I made 3 phone calls this afternoon before 1pm to emphasize on the cancelation of the order and request of refund, as one of your agents refused to listen and hung me up on the phone (seriously, how dare you?), your customer service confirmed the message and said you guys will get back to me shortly on the cancellation. I waited for hours and guess fuckin what, I got a call later near 6pm telling me that the printing was finished. Why would you still proceed to print when I have been refusing it so many times via calls and emails? I have already ordered it from another company anyway. Is it so bloody hard to follow simple instructions? What part of "No" is that hard to understand? If you can't do the job according to the customer's instruction then don't fuckin do it, no one asked you to! I demand the payment to be refunded immediately. And the email of formal cancellation which is long overdue.

Bad print quality despite my pdf image artwork submission being more than 300dpi. The printed colours near the edges of has a bluish hue and appears cloudy/pixelated (signs of printer output gone bad without quality control). Spoke to customer service representative, provided evidence of the issue (see images attached), was assured that I will get an answer the next day. Its more than a week now and all I got was a patronizing reply. If this is the usual print quality from gogoprint, so be it, but please least recognize the issue at hand and provide a prompt reply to your customer - don't leave things hanging. I have gotten my cards from another vendor. I hope to get a refund from this. My order is OR022104093092

Received the itouch damaged on 1/12/21, immediately send email to correct the issue. Received a response 7 days later requesting better photos of damage. Immediately responded with more photos on 1/20/21, did not get response. Followed up with email asking if the photos were better on 2/2/21. No response from company issue not resolved.

The service has deteriorated. Did everything as told by 1pm Monday to ensure Wednesday delivery and yet its not promised and email sent to me that it will be sent on Thursday. So, take the money first, over promise and then under deliver. I have used this service for so many years and I am terribly disappointed in them and I will never use them again. Unreliable, dishonest and absolutely terrible customer service.

I have placed my first order on the 09.10.2019. Printing quality is slightly below average, and the wording was slightly cut off at the corner. I thought it is a small issue and accept it (give and take). I have placed an additional 3 orders of total $200 for 900pcs of name card in Oct 2020. I have chosen a Translucent Name Card Printing Services - one side full colour and another side with a “print” to enhance the front white wordings since it is a transparent card). The 1st order was printed wrongly - one sided printing without white wording enhance. Took pictures and explained via email and the ordered was then being replaced. The same mistake occurred on the 2nd and 3rd orders. Pictures are also taken and explained via email. But this time, they claimed that the enhancement of the wording (which I have paid extra for) has been done on just one side, the same side of the card when printing of the name is done. This does not tally with what has been mentioned on their website and the name card designer that I have spoken with. I find that this is not acceptable and their way of handling the situation has caused frustration and they are not very professional. The last communication with them on this issue was last Friday which I have feedback with photos including the photo of the correst replacement name card for 1st order. Till today Tuesday evening, no one have contact me via email or phone. This have given me a thought that Gogoprint.sg might want to ignore this and not wanting to proceed with replacement. In term of handing the situation, the customer service (who is the same person that handle my 1st order) seems to be finding ways not to accept that the 2nd and 3rd order are wrong. Quality of the printing can be average, but I feel that if there is a mistake in the order, be good enough to correct it. Making different claims or finding way to cover or ignore this does not really help both parties. I feel I am being cheated and I thought it is good to share my experience. Delivery is fast as they courier the namecards from Malaysia KL.

Not the printed product in my workart. I bought stickers with my workart sent in, the proof check sent to me was good and i approved it, but what i received was different from what i approved! No QC at all for end product, how can it be send out to customer since different from proof check? Causing me to waste my time and money talking to them. Gave me an $5 voucher for my next purchase, but after reading older review, the lady did a repurchase but still with error i do not even bother.

Bad name card quality No service recovery Bad customer service Only first and second order was good 3rd order delayed and poor quality card, reprinted and resend without informing despite suggesting other ways to fix it while Kevin told me 'need time to check' but never reverted! 4th is the worst, delayed order, supposed to get 6th Aug but was told by Kevin via email will get it on 11th Aug. Called and spoken to customer service Danny extremely impatient and trying to brush customer off! Utterly disappointed with $100+ I spent! Not commended at all!
