"Very bad experience \r\nPaid up last year for sngbsk orintong -stated it\u2019ll ready by 13\/1\/25. Called and called turn they say only on 28\/1\/25- on CNY itself. \r\nThey are refusing to refund us the $800 dollars for doing nothing so far. \r\nDisappointingly dishonest business practice. Most responsible printers will contact us to highlight this issue as it\u2019s angbao printing. Now we can\u2019t give to our customers. So embarrassing . Will tell all our friends to avoid this sleazy company."

"Do not get their translucent name cards. Quality is very bad and out of printed of 50pcs, only 4 (with one eye closed) are usable to give out. \r\n\r\nEdges of translucent name cards are not clean, and extremely rough on all sides. Corners are not cut properly. Some corners print have been scratched out. Quality of name card is extremely poor.\r\n\r\nReached out to customer service for any form of recovery. Said they will get back in 3 to 5 days. After 10 days, no follow up. I had to reach out to them for them to ask me again about my issue after explaining with photos earlier.\r\n\r\nDon't waste your time. There is no quality check in their company."

Good arrived with errors in them, some parts printing was missed out. Then they put the wrong address to the delivery company to pick up the box with printing errors. On top of that one packet is supposed to have 8 pieces, only came with 6 inside.\r\nSales staff Aswin just disappears with no response when you email or call. \r\nTotally disappointing and disgusting service, quality of packaging is also super flimsy and cheap"

"Horrible. Sent and got approved our brand font in gold, product I received is in black- completely diffferent?! The name on namecard I provided in draft has spellings changed too for some reason, the designer likes changing things and is not meticulous and do not even understand basic brand color\u2019s importance and should be kept consistent"
