I received a defective unit but Crystal was extremely helpful and explored several options for me. She patiently explained the pros and cons of my options and was very reassuring, telling me that she would be there to make sure this got taken care of. I have full confidence that this issue will be resolved and kimco should be proud to have such a caring and helpful customer support member as part of their team.
