My Engineers needed a product that was two weeks out, the staff at GoKimco called their resources and found it...it was delivered the next day!
I deal with a lot of vendors and this rarely happens. They went out of their way to get me the product. I'm am a new customer with purchased very little. That is what I call exceptional service.
