Items ordered were good quality arrived well packed and frozen. The reason for my low score is that I ordered Swordfish that was not available and was substituted with tuna with out notice. As no one in my house eats tuna this was money wasted and had they called to ask we would have had a choice.
Quality if food was excellent and had it not been for the poor customer service I would have rated 5 stars
