I wrote a damning review on another site. I was very unhappy having to continually chase up on the failed delivery and no return of calls, but, to be fair you recognised the problem and eventually corrected the situation with adequate compensation.
Lesson to learn, stay in touch with your customers, don’t keep them in the dark!
