There was poor communication about the date of delivery and I received two unwanted substitutions, both unasked for. Admitted it was over the holiday period and I was given a refund for the two unwanted substitutions. But it created a shortfall in my supplies and a conundrum, as I had not planned freezer space for the sack of chicken breasts I was fobbed off with (I ordered four chicken thighs, a very different thing) and two pies containing ingredients I wouldn't normally eat instead of the one I ordered. The three items I received true to order were not as delicious as expected, though they cooked up reasonably, no better than an average supermarket equivalent. I don't think I will be ordering here again.
