Firstly, a huge thank you to Courtney for her service on the day. She was unbelievable and made the whole experience a little bit easier for myself and Sara. The compassion she showed was remarkable. She sat with Harry talking to her for a while before the process began. For something so unbearable, Courtney made it as bearable experience as possible. Secondly, although we did not have much interaction with Elliott, he was careful and considerate when it came time to take Harry. Thirdly, the lady who returned Harry to us was also exceptionally compassionate and kind. Thank you very much for making this happen in a very short amount of time. And the people you work with are exceptional at what they do. They must do this sort of thing on a daily basis but to keep turning up and showing that amount of understanding to each different family is a skill and should be commended. Again, thank you.
