“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“The grieving process is a very difficult experience to navigate. The letting go of my beautiful companions and sending them on their journey over the rainbow, as difficult as it was, was done in such a loving and respectful manner by Goodbye Good Boy in my home, in their favourite beds gave me the comfort to get through that difficult time. The caring Team from Goodbye Good Boy were absolutely wonderful in how they took me through the process. HIghly recommend Goodbye Good Boy.”

“After quite a few phone calls with other companies I was able to book a time to farewell my beloved dog Allee. I was so grateful for the understanding, compassion and geniune need from them to want to help ease my pain. The people i dealt with were so very caring not just for me and Allee but my family as well. The vet that came to the house was compassionate, caring and patient, there was no rush at all and it was a calm and peaceful process in a loving and caring enviroment. Then the aftercare service started again no rushing no pressure, just loving caring guidance & support. Every attention to detail, even the small unthought of things were thought through and delivered beautiful. I cant give them enough stars. I highly recommend them Allee and I cant thank them enough...”

“Making the decision to say goodbye to a beloved family pet is absolutely agonising, and in our case, it was something we had deliberated over for a long time. I cannot recommend the team at Goodbye Good Boy highly enough. From the very first returned phone call after hours on a weekend, through to the vet who attended our home, and the thoughtful follow-up support afterwards, every part of the process was handled with such compassion, kindness and care. They brought comfort to our family during one of the hardest moments, and we are so grateful that our beautiful Alli was able to pass peacefully, surrounded by love.”

“The Goodbye Good Boy team were caring, responsive and supportive before, during and after the period of farewelling our beautiful dog. From my initial enquiry it took moments before I had a reply. The vet, Keiran, who came to our home, was incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful and just the right person to see us through a sad and difficult time. I highly recommend Goodbye Good Dog if you have the unfortunate situation of needing to say good bye to your pet.”

“We trusted Goodbye Good Boy with our Memphis final moments, and i could not be more pleased with the profesisonalism and care that was shown by the vets and the staff. Not just during the proceedure but also the after care,, they even let us put a nose print request in too (it was impossible to get while she was with us). It's a tough day for any pet owner, but Goodbye Good Boy made it a little bit easier.”

“We had to put our beloved Bell down in relatively short notice. She was nearly 17 years old. Beautiful member of our family and gave us so much love. The sensitivity the matter was dealt whith was totally professional and the care taken on the day was of the same level. Bell left us in no pain and in total peace. Very happy we used Goodbye Good boy's services to put Bell to rest at home in her safe relaxed enviroment with all that loved her close by.”

“I am so happy that I chose Goodbye Good Boy to assist with PJ's journey over the Rainbow Bridge. 🙏🐕 Dr Emma was so patient and loving...literally "Take your time, and you direct me how you'd like this to go." Dr Emma explained the whole procedure prior. Everything was done with so much compassion. Also, to my surprise, about 2 months later, in the mail, I received a card from GGB, and inside was a beautiful water colour painting of PJ, taken from one of the photos I'd submitted for the video. I was brought to tears! I was so grateful. That painting will be framed and proudly displayed in my home. Would recommend GGB to anyone who has to make that awful decision for their fur baby. XOXO”

“Hi. I'm not a reviewer by nature, but I was so pleased with the Goodbye Good boy team I agreed to write a review. Our dog Coco, a Cavoodle, was 18 years old and the best family dog you could ask for. The boys had grown up with her, she was a member of the family. But she was sick, in discomfort, and it was time. The handling of the situation, the calm words, the care, the sensitivity was so impressive. We all cried as she passed away in front of us, no discomfort, in the vets arms, sitting on our lounge room floor. Handled so well, then and after, when we received the urn and the card. I highly recommend them.”

“We recently used these guys to lay to rest our Suzi Blue Dog. We were able to be at Home with Family where she was most comfortable, Goodbye Good Boy just made it so nice and peaceful for us on such a tough day. They are very professional and respectful in the way it all goes down. Highly Recommended.”

“Farewell my Pharoah, GBGB did an exemplary job giving you the send off you richly deserve. You are missed so, so much. I know this review is lengthy but my best friend abd GBGB from thectine I spoke with Alliea who helped us with questions ablut Pharoah's last journey to navigate the process of finally saying goodbye. We also thank Skye and Sophie who was able to fit in Pharoah earlier than planned as he was really struggling and deteriorating fast. Sophie called me back 7am and we arranged for the morning. Many, many tears and cuddles. Kieran was sent to us, he is a caring, li d and compassionate doctor. He explained the process and was in no way in a hurry. Our other cat, Pharoah's sister Cleopatra gave him one last hiss and kiss. She's missing him alot. We got to hold, kiss and cuddle our boy one last time. Then Kieran administered the first injection, then about 15 or so minutes, the final one. My boy passed away in my arms wrapped in his favourite jumper. Many tears. He was my best friend. On his final journey from home, Kieran made a comfortable bed in a wicker basket plumped up with pillows and a colourful blanket. He looked at peace as we watched him leave his beloved home. Thank you Ally, sophie, Skye and Kieran for your care and kindness and patience. Much love from Maria, Ronald and Cleopatra. PS....Sarah just bought Pharoah home, where he belongs. Lovely urn presented in a blue satin bag, card, paw print and candle.”

“From our very first phone call, I felt this company genuinely cared. Jasmine answered promptly and put me at ease. Her kindness and professionalism shone through as she explained all my options and offered solutions to my questions. She was genuinely interested in our beloved pet Ruby. We opted for home euthanasia on the Gold Coast and the lovely Vet Emma attended. She went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth for both Ruby and us. There was no rush; only love and kindness, and of course, tears. When we share our experience with friends and family, we say Ruby had a beautiful peaceful passing. As pet parents, that’s all we ever want. Thank you.”
