“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“We recently used these guys to lay to rest our Suzi Blue Dog. We were able to be at Home with Family where she was most comfortable, Goodbye Good Boy just made it so nice and peaceful for us on such a tough day. They are very professional and respectful in the way it all goes down. Highly Recommended.”

“Farewell my Pharoah, GBGB did an exemplary job giving you the send off you richly deserve. You are missed so, so much. I know this review is lengthy but my best friend abd GBGB from thectine I spoke with Alliea who helped us with questions ablut Pharoah's last journey to navigate the process of finally saying goodbye. We also thank Skye and Sophie who was able to fit in Pharoah earlier than planned as he was really struggling and deteriorating fast. Sophie called me back 7am and we arranged for the morning. Many, many tears and cuddles. Kieran was sent to us, he is a caring, li d and compassionate doctor. He explained the process and was in no way in a hurry. Our other cat, Pharoah's sister Cleopatra gave him one last hiss and kiss. She's missing him alot. We got to hold, kiss and cuddle our boy one last time. Then Kieran administered the first injection, then about 15 or so minutes, the final one. My boy passed away in my arms wrapped in his favourite jumper. Many tears. He was my best friend. On his final journey from home, Kieran made a comfortable bed in a wicker basket plumped up with pillows and a colourful blanket. He looked at peace as we watched him leave his beloved home. Thank you Ally, sophie, Skye and Kieran for your care and kindness and patience. Much love from Maria, Ronald and Cleopatra. PS....Sarah just bought Pharoah home, where he belongs. Lovely urn presented in a blue satin bag, card, paw print and candle.”

“From our very first phone call, I felt this company genuinely cared. Jasmine answered promptly and put me at ease. Her kindness and professionalism shone through as she explained all my options and offered solutions to my questions. She was genuinely interested in our beloved pet Ruby. We opted for home euthanasia on the Gold Coast and the lovely Vet Emma attended. She went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth for both Ruby and us. There was no rush; only love and kindness, and of course, tears. When we share our experience with friends and family, we say Ruby had a beautiful peaceful passing. As pet parents, that’s all we ever want. Thank you.”

“The way everything was handled from start to finish was done with such kindness, patience and understanding, my family and I could not fault them. Jasmine, was beyond helpful to our situation and helping us organise a time that worked for us and sending the information we needed. The vet tech who came to our home was unbelievable kind and patient, never making any of us feel rushed and taking the time to explain each step of the process or giving us space when the emotions became too much and we needed a little more time. Even our beloved pet enjoyed the company of a new friend & treats in their final moments. We are so thankful to the Goodbye Good boy team for helping us through a such a heavy loss with such grace and professionalism that shows they really care about every family that comes through their service. No one ever wants to say goodbye but if we had to go through it all again, we know our future animals and ourselves would be in good hands.”

“I was so heartbroken to say goodbye to my baby boy, Lando, but I am very grateful I did it again with this company. Dr Keiran was exceptional, very compassionate and patient. He gave me the support and time for my farewells, which were many. The detail of having a beautiful basket to carry him away was so above and beyond. The whole experience was like an Angel had come to pick Lando up and bring him to heaven. He had a easy and peaceful passing despite the tears. Thank you so much Dr Kieran and the Team.”

“Saying goodbye to my beautiful pug, Lollypop, was one of the hardest moments of my life, but Goodbye Good Boy made it as gentle and peaceful as it possibly could have been. From the moment they arrived, they treated Lollypop with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. They gave us the time and space to say goodbye properly, without feeling rushed, and made an incredibly heartbreaking experience feel calm and respectful. Being able to say goodbye to Lollypop in the comfort of her own home meant everything to us. She was relaxed, surrounded by love, and able to pass peacefully. The care and empathy shown by the Goodbye Good Boy team will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful that Lollypop’s final moments were handled with such tenderness and respect. “****OUTSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE SERVICE **** We are so deeply grateful to Goodbye Good Boy for the care, empathy, and professionalism they showed in helping us organise the final hours with our beautiful boy of 15 years. Our Golden Retriever was truly one of a kind—a huge part of our family—and he grew up alongside both our daughters. Our youngest met him at just six months old, and the bond they shared was something incredibly special. A few weeks before we were ready, I reached out to Goodbye Good Boy to understand their services. They gave me all the information I needed and, importantly, gave us space. They didn’t pressure us or follow up unnecessarily—they simply allowed us the time we needed to make this heartbreaking decision. When the moment finally came and we contacted them to engage a vet, they acted swiftly and with genuine care. Every interaction was compassionate, respectful, and reassuring. Their follow‑up service was exceptional—far beyond anything I could have expected. They checked in with us afterward and even reached out months later to see how we were coping without our beautiful boy around the house. I cannot express how much their support meant to our family. The experience was private, personal, and handled with such dignity. I honestly could not imagine saying goodbye to another pet in a vet clinic again if I have a choice. Goodbye Good Boy provided outstanding service during one of the toughest moments, and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing the painful decision to say farewell to a beloved pet.”

“This was the hardest call to make, to have to say goodbye to our beautiful Snoopy. I had in my head what I needed to say. However, as soon as the phone was answered, I broke down. They were so caring and compassionate and talked me through the whole process. The vet that came out to the house was amazing. She let us take everything at our own pace. Snoopy was so much more comfortable in his own home and I got to hold his paw and lay with him the whole time. We have just this week received Snoopy's ashes and having the fur and paw print was such a beautiful memorial. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“We are so grateful to everyone at goodbye Goodboy. From the first person I spoke to all the way to the beautiful card we received afterwards. The vet who came to the house was so incredibly patient and understanding - I wasn't even embarrassed by my total meltdown because he just made it seem like it was ok. The clear love and care he took with our cat was so appreciated. I will never say goodbye to a beloved friend in a vet clinic again I would choose this option everytime. It's nice to feel that someone cares and understands how real the grief is and we are very grateful to you guys.”

“The way the team at goodbye good boy helped us get through this difficult time in our lives was just amazing. It was the easiest process in such difficult time. They guided us from start to finish, helping us cope and understand the process to say good bye to our girl. They were patient and understanding, kind and supportive. Never rushed us and gave us the time to grieve and say good bye to our girl. The day they took her we knew she was in good hands, when she came back home she was delivered with love and gracefulness. We can't begin to thank them enough for helping us say goodbye. Thank you”

“The 2 vets that came out were both extremely lovely ladies. They were quick to respond which my family and I were very grateful for as this was an unexpected accident that resulted in this situation. They showed a lot of compassion and talked us through what was happening. They were very gentle with our boy; he showed no fear or pain and went peacefully. They also called us a few weeks later to follow up on how we were doing which I'd never experience before. It made us feel very cared for and showed a beautiful nature in this company.”
