“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“The genuine care and concern from every team member at Goodbye Good Boy is what carried me through the initial grief and uncertainty of loosing my 15 year old, very sick little buddy Jerry. From the first phone call, to the truly beautiful experience with the caring, kindhearted and sincere vet who professionally, reverently took us through the actual event of sending Jerry on his way. I will be forever grateful to every person I spoke to on the phone and the incredible vet who lovingly sent my little guy to his next adventure. Thank you for the kind of sincerity I didn't even know existed. Thankyou for making me feel held. You made this experience beautiful and one that will forever remain with me as precious rather than tragic.”

“When our beautiful staffy Millie became very ill we were recommended the services of goodbye good boy by our vet. We were able to organise everything quickly & that was appreciated because it was a very upsetting time for our family. Obviously we were faced with the impossible decision to say goodbye to our beautiful dog but we at least had the privilege to make it as nice as we could by making sure Millie was comfortable at home & resting in her favourite bed. From the initial organisation through to organising Millie’s ashes, all of the staff have been kind, patient & helpful. It was more expensive to do it this way but so much nicer than taking her to the vet clinic & she was relaxed. I would recommend their services to anyone & if we have to do it again then I would most definitely use goodbye good boy again.”

“We lost our beloved dog snoopy after 15 years of sharing life with him. The decision to make his passing with love, peace and dignity was helped by the services of goodbye good boy. Although we were utterly distraught at having to say farewell to snoopy, we were treated with kindness and patience . This enabled us to manage the situation in a way that wasn’t stressful for snoopy and for us to say goodbye in the privacy and comfort of the only home he had ever known. We would most definetly recommend this service as it helped us in more ways than we can mention.”

“Goodbye Good Boy responded quickly to our distress when our beloved dog reached the end of her long life suddenly, and all local vets were booked out. Dr Alex was so kind to her and expertly calmly alleviated her distress. She was also so very patient and considerate of all the humans there and gave us time to say goodbye properly. We are so grateful.”

“I found Goodbye Good Boy on an internet search when I was preparing to farewell my 16 year old cat with kidney failure. Right from the start, they were kind, empathetic and supportive. They helped me navigate a difficult process with care and I cannot fault them.”

“I could not have asked for a better send off for my pet cat Milly. Emma was so understanding and empathetic and made such a difficult process a lot more bearable. She was incredibly compassionate, explained the whole process and allowed me to make the decision when I was ready. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is afforded the opportunity of having their pet transition at home.”

“We knew the time had come to start making arrangements for our 15yr old fur baby. It was hard, but our vet was extremely supportive and we knew we wanted to say our goodbyes in the comfort of our home, where our 7yr old son could also be there. But one Saturday afternoon, her condition deteriorated quickly and with the vet closed we didn't know where to turn. Luckily we happened on the Goodbye Good Boy website, the caring staff comforted me through sobs while they organised everything and arranged for us to have the at home goodbye we needed in very quick turn around. I would highly recommend extending planning for at home goodbyes to include this company and their wonderful staff.”
