“made the hardest decision of my life on a Saturday morning, and on Sunday I said goodbye to my baby girl. Everything was perfectly organised. I could not ask for a better service. Thank you.”

“So thankful for their service and help. On a Saturday and they were available to come to our home and assess Grace. Sadly it was time to say goodbye to our little girl Grace. She had been a member of our family for 15 years. Our family she grew up with were able to be around her at home to say final goodbyes as she went into her final sleep, and she was at peace. Grace was lovingly taken away for her cremation and later returned to us. It made our sadness easier knowing everything was taken care of in our home.”

“Thank you all for making a horrible time in our lives a little bit brighter. From the first phone cal we felt supported and relaxed with the process. Our boy was 17 years old and it was a really hard decision to let him go but after talking to you it confirmed to me that it was the best thing for him. On the day the vet walked us through the process and let us proceed at our pace and comfort. Our boy went very quickly and it was a very peaceful end.”

“I've hesitated on reviewing Goodbye Good Boy, because I have no words to express the level of gratitude we have for them. They were there in our darkest and saddest time with such warmth, compassion, understanding and support. The transition of our beautiful boy Rex King Wynd was so peaceful and stress free. We could say our last goodbye here in our home, on his bed and in his favourite place. The service was superb, it left us nothing to worry about or arrange. The wondeful Vet has a lovely calming energy about her. She gave us all the time we needed and them respectfully took him away on the next leg of his transition journey. We have passed on many recommendations for Goodbye Good Boy and we will continue to do so.”

“i stuggled with doing it and was lost and confused about the process but it was delt with compassion and respect. alfie was my best friend and i loved him more than the world but ggb made sure he had his final moments as peacful as possible. they even followed up a month later to see how i was doing. i wish it to no one but i am happy i chose them.”

“What can you say about someone who makes such an awful time more bearable. We were able to have our little furbaby at home with us while we said goodbye and not be in a sterile vet surgery. Will be forever grateful.”

“Our local Vet was unable to provide home euthanasia service when we needed it due to being short staffed. Good bye good boy have a number of vets they work with so were able to arrange everything for us. The lady i dealt with on the phone was really understanding and empathetic at this difficult time. The vet that came was the best i could have hoped for... she made my pets passing as good as it could have been and again was really empathetic. I'd recommend this service to others without hestitation.”

“Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest experiences any pet parent can face. When our sweet boy, Lenny, was ready to cross over, we turned to Goodbye Pets for support, and we are forever grateful for the compassion and understanding they provided during this difficult time. I made the call to Goodbye Pets at 2:30 am on a Saturday morning, knowing that Lenny's time had come. From that moment onwards, we received nothing but kindness and support. Goodbye Pets quickly organized a vet to come to our home, ensuring Lenny could pass peacefully in familiar surroundings. The vet arrived with such sincerity and empathy, making us feel supported every step of the way. She encouraged us to live stream Lenny's final moments for his family overseas, allowing them to be a part of his farewell. This meant the world to us, knowing that Lenny's brother could say goodbye despite the distance. Throughout the entire process, the vet's patience and understanding were truly remarkable. She gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to Lenny and gently placed him in a beautiful resting basket adorned with flowers, showing true care and respect for our beloved boy. Even after Lenny had crossed over, Goodbye Pets continued to provide support, guiding us through the selection of an urn and keeping us updated via email every step of the way. Their dedication to helping us navigate our grief was nothing short of amazing. Not a day goes by that we don't miss our dear Lenny, but thanks to the support of Goodbye Pets, the pain of his loss has been eased considerably. We cannot recommend their services enough to anyone facing the difficult decision of saying goodbye to their furry family member. “When we had to say goodbye to our beloved girl we were at a loss. She was actually our sons girl but he didn’t want to watch her die in a cold sterile veterinary surgery, he looked online and found Goodbye Good Boy, so I rang them when she was clearly in so much pain and we knew she was ready to go. I remember it was just 5 pm and I couldn’t of met a lovelier more understanding girl on the other end of the line she organised a vet who again had a beautiful heart of empathy she explained everything that would happen step by step answered our questions and by 5.55 pm our girl was out of pain the vet stayed with us and was so caring , even asked if she could give me a hug . I would not hesitate for a second to call them again or to recommend them . Thank you once again Goodbye Good Boy . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Thank you for this service. I’ve said goodbye to a few furry friends over the years. When we knew it was time to say goodbye to our Ellie one of the hardest things we’ve had to do it was made a little easier with your help. The kindness you showed from our first phone call was really appreciated. The vet who attended our home and assisted as we said our final goodbye was very patient and empathetic. Thankyou again. We miss our Ellie every day and are grateful for the video you put together for us too. “I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy highly enough. From first contact, to the vet who came to my home, to the person who returned Snoopy to me, and the follow up check in a few weeks later, the service was outstanding. Making the decision to say goodbye to Snoopy was one of the hardest things I’ve done, but was eased by the care, compassion and empathy from all staff involved with Goodbye Good Boy. Thank you 🐾🌈”

“From the initial phone call with Corrine? to the subsequent calls with Cassandra I couldn't have felt more supported whilst making this heart breaking decision for our girl Penny. They both spoke to me with such empathy and helped me navigate the next steps. We were so grateful to have Dr Melissa come to our house and help us set Penny free. She was so calm and gentle and put us at ease during our most difficult time. She treated Penny with love and dignity and supported us through the process, not once rushing us during our goodbyes and making sure we had as much time as we needed to say our final farewell to our girl. As she drove away we were comforted that Dr Melissa was caring for her as if she were her own and know she was in good hands. Goodbye Good Boy made the most difficult day so much easier by being so warm, caring and gentle. Highly recommended and thank you once again for supporting us and Penny during this time.”
