“I was so heartbroken to say goodbye to my baby boy, Lando, but I am very grateful I did it again with this company. Dr Keiran was exceptional, very compassionate and patient. He gave me the support and time for my farewells, which were many. The detail of having a beautiful basket to carry him away was so above and beyond. The whole experience was like an Angel had come to pick Lando up and bring him to heaven. He had a easy and peaceful passing despite the tears. Thank you so much Dr Kieran and the Team.”

“Saying goodbye to my beautiful pug, Lollypop, was one of the hardest moments of my life, but Goodbye Good Boy made it as gentle and peaceful as it possibly could have been. From the moment they arrived, they treated Lollypop with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. They gave us the time and space to say goodbye properly, without feeling rushed, and made an incredibly heartbreaking experience feel calm and respectful. Being able to say goodbye to Lollypop in the comfort of her own home meant everything to us. She was relaxed, surrounded by love, and able to pass peacefully. The care and empathy shown by the Goodbye Good Boy team will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful that Lollypop’s final moments were handled with such tenderness and respect. “****OUTSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE SERVICE **** We are so deeply grateful to Goodbye Good Boy for the care, empathy, and professionalism they showed in helping us organise the final hours with our beautiful boy of 15 years. Our Golden Retriever was truly one of a kind—a huge part of our family—and he grew up alongside both our daughters. Our youngest met him at just six months old, and the bond they shared was something incredibly special. A few weeks before we were ready, I reached out to Goodbye Good Boy to understand their services. They gave me all the information I needed and, importantly, gave us space. They didn’t pressure us or follow up unnecessarily—they simply allowed us the time we needed to make this heartbreaking decision. When the moment finally came and we contacted them to engage a vet, they acted swiftly and with genuine care. Every interaction was compassionate, respectful, and reassuring. Their follow‑up service was exceptional—far beyond anything I could have expected. They checked in with us afterward and even reached out months later to see how we were coping without our beautiful boy around the house. I cannot express how much their support meant to our family. The experience was private, personal, and handled with such dignity. I honestly could not imagine saying goodbye to another pet in a vet clinic again if I have a choice. “This was the hardest call to make, to have to say goodbye to our beautiful Snoopy. I had in my head what I needed to say. However, as soon as the phone was answered, I broke down. They were so caring and compassionate and talked me through the whole process. The vet that came out to the house was amazing. She let us take everything at our own pace. Snoopy was so much more comfortable in his own home and I got to hold his paw and lay with him the whole time. We have just this week received Snoopy's ashes and having the fur and paw print was such a beautiful memorial. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“We are so grateful to everyone at goodbye Goodboy. From the first person I spoke to all the way to the beautiful card we received afterwards. The vet who came to the house was so incredibly patient and understanding - I wasn't even embarrassed by my total meltdown because he just made it seem like it was ok. The clear love and care he took with our cat was so appreciated. I will never say goodbye to a beloved friend in a vet clinic again I would choose this option everytime. It's nice to feel that someone cares and understands how real the grief is and we are very grateful to you guys.”

“The way the team at goodbye good boy helped us get through this difficult time in our lives was just amazing. It was the easiest process in such difficult time. They guided us from start to finish, helping us cope and understand the process to say good bye to our girl. They were patient and understanding, kind and supportive. Never rushed us and gave us the time to grieve and say good bye to our girl. The day they took her we knew she was in good hands, when she came back home she was delivered with love and gracefulness. We can't begin to thank them enough for helping us say goodbye. Thank you”

“The 2 vets that came out were both extremely lovely ladies. They were quick to respond which my family and I were very grateful for as this was an unexpected accident that resulted in this situation. They showed a lot of compassion and talked us through what was happening. They were very gentle with our boy; he showed no fear or pain and went peacefully. They also called us a few weeks later to follow up on how we were doing which I'd never experience before. It made us feel very cared for and showed a beautiful nature in this company.”

“Losing our labradoodle Summer after 14 years last spring was crushing. Although expected, when she went downhill Monday afternoon, the whole thing happened within less than 16 hours. The animal hospital let us know about Goodbye Good Boy and it seemed like the best option for us. It meant Summer would be in the home that she loved, rather than an unfamiliar place and it meant all our family members could say their final goodbyes. So we booked in for as soon as possible with Goodbye Good Boy. Unfortunately by early Tuesday morning she appeared to be going downhill fast so I called to see if the visiting vet could come earlier and my request was met. The vet came out just in time to guide us through Summer's last moments. It was utterly heartbreaking but so reassuring to know exactly what was happening and to have that expertise present. Afterwards the vet was so empathetic, consoling and hugging us, even though we had only just met. She gave us as much time as we needed with Summer, bought in a lovely weaved basket bed and blanket to take Summer away in and explained the next steps. All in all I can truly say Goodbye Good Boy were extremely caring, sensitive and swift with dealing with our family's needs and they definitely made a positive difference during an intense and difficult time. I would whole heartedly recommend Goodbye Good Boy.”

“The staff from goodbye good boy were amazing - from the initial contact to the beautiful vet who attended our home to put our 15 year old kelpie Marley, down to rest. “We recently lost our beloved fur baby of 14 years - Indie. It all happened so suddenly on a Saturday. I reached out to Goodbye Goodboy (Jess) around midday and by 5pm they had a Vet at our home to help us though one of the hardest moments of our lives. From start to finish, every step was handled with genuine compassion and care. Dr Bhavna guided us through the process with empathy and professionalism, making an incredibly tough time as peaceful and dignified as possible. Everyone we spoke to felt completely invested in helping us give Inide the best sendoff we could imagine. Without their support, I'm not sure how we would have managed. I've been highly recommending Goodbye Goodboy to friends and family because when this unimaginable heartbreaking day comes, having a team like this makes all the difference. “We can't thank them enough for the support and kindness shown to us in our time of sorrow with our fur baby Zoe. It's hard enough to make the decision to put your fur baby to sleep, but Goodbye good Boy made the process peaceful and not dramatic. We were with our beloved girl till the end.
