“Clear, gentle and respectful, the GBGB team provided the information I needed to make the end-of-life decision. My glorious old cat went on his own terms surrounded by comfort, familiarity and love. Throughly recommend their services to ease the way for you and your beloved through this heartbreaking, inevitable event.”

“The 2 vets that came out were both extremely lovely ladies. They were quick to respond which my family and I were very grateful for as this was an unexpected accident that resulted in this situation. They showed a lot of compassion and talked us through what was happening. They were very gentle with our boy; he showed no fear or pain and went peacefully. They also called us a few weeks later to follow up on how we were doing which I'd never experience before. It made us feel very cared for and showed a beautiful nature in this company.”

“I cannot put into words what it means to have a company show so much compassion and thoughtfulness . My Jordie was treated with such care and grace. I then yesterday received a hand paint picture of Jordie and it was beautiful . Thank you again for supporting my family through a very tough time.”

“I am really happy I used Goodbye Good Boy to put down my precious Molly. Dr Cat was really supportive through out the whole process and Molly got a dignified send off in the comfort of her own home. I could've have imagined a better way for her to cross the rainbow bridge.”

“Losing our labradoodle Summer after 14 years last spring was crushing. Although expected, when she went downhill Monday afternoon, the whole thing happened within less than 16 hours. The animal hospital let us know about Goodbye Good Boy and it seemed like the best option for us. It meant Summer would be in the home that she loved, rather than an unfamiliar place and it meant all our family members could say their final goodbyes. So we booked in for as soon as possible with Goodbye Good Boy. Unfortunately by early Tuesday morning she appeared to be going downhill fast so I called to see if the visiting vet could come earlier and my request was met. The vet came out just in time to guide us through Summer's last moments. It was utterly heartbreaking but so reassuring to know exactly what was happening and to have that expertise present. Afterwards the vet was so empathetic, consoling and hugging us, even though we had only just met. She gave us as much time as we needed with Summer, bought in a lovely weaved basket bed and blanket to take Summer away in and explained the next steps. All in all I can truly say Goodbye Good Boy were extremely caring, sensitive and swift with dealing with our family's needs and they definitely made a positive difference during an intense and difficult time. I would whole heartedly recommend Goodbye Good Boy.”

“We will be forever grateful for the gentle and compassionate way our Lily (cat) and Sahara (dog) were treated. The professionalism and kindness of Dr Paige will stay with our family and the last memories we have of our fur babies are peaceful and full of love. “It was really hard to say goodbye to our 14 year old staffi. The team at Goodbye Good Boy made what was a really difficult time a little easier. The care and empathy received was so appreciated. She was so much more comfortable at home in a familiar environment with us and our other dog by her side. Thank you.”

“The staff from goodbye good boy were amazing - from the initial contact to the beautiful vet who attended our home to put our 15 year old kelpie Marley, down to rest. It was the saddest day but it couldn't have been done more beautifully. Our Vet was patient, kind, gentle and understood our pet and our grief. Thank you all.”

“We recently lost our beloved fur baby of 14 years - Indie. It all happened so suddenly on a Saturday. I reached out to Goodbye Goodboy (Jess) around midday and by 5pm they had a Vet at our home to help us though one of the hardest moments of our lives. From start to finish, every step was handled with genuine compassion and care. Dr Bhavna guided us through the process with empathy and professionalism, making an incredibly tough time as peaceful and dignified as possible. Everyone we spoke to felt completely invested in helping us give Inide the best sendoff we could imagine. Without their support, I'm not sure how we would have managed. I've been highly recommending Goodbye Goodboy to friends and family because when this unimaginable heartbreaking day comes, having a team like this makes all the difference. They truly care, and that means everything. A massive thankyou from the Roberts family to the team at Goodbye Good Boy!”

“We can't thank them enough for the support and kindness shown to us in our time of sorrow with our fur baby Zoe. It's hard enough to make the decision to put your fur baby to sleep, but Goodbye good Boy made the process peaceful and not dramatic. We were with our beloved girl till the end. “I simply couldn’t have gotten through the day of my beautiful Safari’s passing without the incredible kindness of ‘Goodbye Good Boy’. From the first phone call everyone I came into contact with was just so supportive which helped me make the final decision to put Safari to sleep as peacefully as possible. He was 14 1/2 years old, held 3 Australian Championships as was a stunning red roan Cocker Spaniel. He had severe dementia and finally the medications he was on stopped doing their job and he was extremely anxious, not sleeping or finally eating. I was heart broken 💔 as he was the love of my life, and everyone knew it. This amazing company supported me at every step. The vet who came was compassionate, stoic and made my boy comfortable and ready for his final journey. My young Cocker, Belle stayed with him the whole time and when he passed and was placed in the basket to be transported from our home she got in the basket and lay with him. This loving moment helped her to realize he was gone. It has been over 3 months since he passed but I haven’t had the strength to write the review until now. I can’t recommend this wonderful company highly enough. They will hold your hand literally every step of the journey even ringing a couple of weeks later to see how you are travelling.”
