“We have used this service twice and both time it was done very well considering the sadness we went through. Each step was made easy for us so that we just had to worry about saying goodbye to our baby girl domino.”

“We were so glad that we used the services of Good Bye Good Boy to help us with the passsing of our beloved dog Sasha who left us after 16 years. i can only praise the compassion, support and care we received. Being able to have our loved one pass away in our arms at home althought tought made it so much better for everyone. Goodbye Goodboy made it all happen without drama, were respectful and their follow on care to organise ashes , and check how we were doing was perfect under difficult circumstances.”

“From the first phone call to the most recent well-being check by staff, Goodbye Good Boy has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout our experience. Our 18-year-old Labradoodle Yuki was ready to say goodbye, and the last thing we wanted was to cram our family of 7 into a tiny vet clinic and be rushed through saying our farewells. Goodbye Good Boy allowed us the space and time to say farewell to Yuki at home, where he and everyone else were comfortable. We have neurodivergent children, and this was so much more peaceful than we could have imagined. The vet who came to our home was calm, professional, compassionate, and emotionally aware of what we needed as a family. He worked with us and allowed us to take the time to say goodbye to Yuki. Even after the vet confirmed he was gone, he allowed us to sit with Yuki and come to terms with the loss. Every interaction with Goodbye Good Boy has centred around Yuki's experience and that of the family. My last call with them was to check on the wellbeing of the family and to offer further support if needed to deal with our loss. What an impressive service provided by like-minded people who want the best experience for pets and families. Outside of an emergency, I would always recommend a service like Goodbye Good Boy. As a result of their support, a sad and historical day became an important chapter in Yuki's story. We are grateful for that experience above all else. Greg”

“It was a very hard decision to make, however Goodbye Good Boy made the process easier than expected. All staff were incredibly caring and sensitive. While I sobbed over the phone.. they waited patiently. When all was done they quietly left so there was no awkward goodbye while I ugly cried in the kitchen.”

“Tex was a beautiful loving, gentle and caring border collie he was given a diagnosis of a hemangiosarcoma on the liver and heart at the animal hospital. I’m a nurse and knew due to his increased heart rate and difficulty breathing. I knew I had to make that heart wrenching decision to say goodbye to our beloved boy for the last 13 years within four days of receiving his diagnosis. He had been through so much with me and the choice to give him the most comfortable setting at home with loved ones and myself with Dr Carly made it so much more of a bearable day to grieve and let him go to sleep peacefully. Dr Carly was empathetic, patient and understanding of our emotions until we were ready to proceed. Thank you and I will definitely use “Goodbye Good Boy” again in the future.”

“This place was amazing!! From talking to Linda at the first initial phone call where I couldn’t hold it together to then have the beautiful Dr Sandra Karlsen send our beautiful 8 year old Bailey over the rainbow bridge. The care this place has shown has been absolutely beautiful. Honestly in such a horrible sad time for us these people at this place made it so easy so we could just grieve what we lost. I hope to never need them again but I would highly recommend them to anyone in the position of needing their services.”

“Godbye Good Boy, ,what can i say. It was a very hard and difficult descision not to mention painful, to have to say good bye to our beautiful, wonderful Tyson. The staff of GoodBye Good Boy , a company and service we chose to have at home, were absolutely understanding, kind,helpful and gracefully sympathetic. Their after service is also very caring. I highly recommend GoodBye Good Boy.”

“I am so glad I chose Goodbye Good Boy to help our old boy cross the rainbow bridge. An utterly devastating situation for our little family was met with kindness & care. The process was made incredibly simple (a great relief when you are overwhelmed with grief) & we got to see our boy off in our beautiful back yard & spend time with him until he was lovingly buckled into the cremation services van. Nelson was home in just over a week in a beautiful timber box with fur from all parts of his coat & a perfect paw print. I also opted for a necklace with part of Nelson’s ashes inside and it is the perfect way to keep him with me day to day. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the misfortune of saying goodbye to their furry family member.”

“Having to say goodbye to our beautiful Kelpiex Zara was so very hard and emotional. Zara was 16.5 years and loved life. When Dr Sarah Hardman came out to us for Zara, she showed so much respect for Zara and my family. She cuddled Zara, was so sweet and listened to stories we told about Zara. We shared photos of Zara when she was a puppy, and throughout her life. The morning was so very emotional, however felt precious for the way our Zara, our family, including our other dog was treated. I cannot express just how much we feel for Goodbye Good Boy. The empathy, compassion and patience you all expressed during our preparation and Zara's crossing the rainbow bridge was just so special. We thank Goodbye Good Boy team and Dr Sarah Hardman for your love and respect for Zara and us (Zara's family).”

“Saying goodbye to our beautiful staffy Indy was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, made more bearable by the kindness from everyone at Goodbye Good Boy. Setting her free from pain in the comfort of our home was all we could hope for. From the first phone call, to the vet who visited our home, to the courier who delivered Indy back to us and then even a follow up call to see how we were doing - Everything was done with so much care. “Hello everyone….. My name is Trini and my little Gypsy rose, 11 year old Jack russell fell ill very unexpectedly with Liver complications and cancer slowly spreading as well…. She had to be put to sleep on a Sunday late afternoon and 2 to 3 hours after first calling “Goodbye Good Boy” I had a lovely Veterinarian here at mine and Gypsy’s home and Gypsy was put to sleep on her bed with her toys with me next to her and my hand on hers !! She was very peaceful and taken away with the utmost care and kindness and her beautiful body was to be cremated and her ashes were my decision to do as I wished or I could of buried her at my home but I decided to have her cremated…. Goodbye Good Boy are awesome and my brother did the phone calls as I was too distressed,,,, and they were so great and prompt over the phone and with a couple of back and forth phone calls from them,, we had Gypsy organised with the greatest empathy and kindness …… My Heart 💓 is filled with respect and gratitude for how her life was peacefully ended and sorted out with respect and honour !! Yours sincerely,,, Trini 🙏😘”
