We reached out to Good Bye Good Boy to help our 14-year-old cat, Vixen, cross the rainbow bridge after her bone cancer symptoms began to worsen. It was an incredibly heartbreaking time, and we are truly grateful for the kind and compassionate vet who came to our property. She allowed us to move at our own pace and patiently answered all of our questions. It was clear she was a genuine animal lover, and she treated Vixen with the utmost care and tenderness. She gently carried our beautiful girl onward for cremation, and the Good Bye Good Boy team kept us informed and supported throughout the entire process. We were especially touched to receive a follow-up call three months later, checking in on how we were doing and offering free counselling if needed. This is a truly kind and compassionate company.
