Saying goodbye to my beautiful cat was one of the hardest experiences in my life. She was my loving companion for 16 years. I was extremely distraught when she was unwell with kidney failure. That’s when I searched the internet, after hours, and found you. My initial interaction with you on the phone at this time, was the equivalent of a heavy emotional load, made lighter. You immediately showed compassion, understanding and offered help. I was so grateful, when on the very next day, a Vet came to my house. The Vet was so caring and professional. I couldn’t have had better help in sending my beautiful cat to cat heaven. She died peacefully in my arms at my home. That happened 3 months ago and since then I have communicated my experience with ‘Goodbye Good Boy’ to everybody who wants to listen.
