“When the time is right to make one of the hardest family decisions, you must speak with Goodbye Good Boy. From the initial phone call to the final goodbye, they were fabulous! We said goodbye to our nearly 17yr old Scooter, and while it was an extremely sad time, he was comfortable in his own home, in his own bed with his favourite toy, surrounded by his family. We could not have asked for a more peaceful farewell. Thank you to the customer team and Dr Sherrif.”

“It’s one of the hardest decisions you will make…saying goodbye to your best friend or for me…my children…Goodbye Good Boy were there for us all. They helped support me in knowing when it was the right time…I can not express my gratitude to Dawn and Dr Esther….really compassionate and I was able to say goodbye in the sunshine when we were all ready…and I could end their time at home…together. An amazing service. I was supported throughout…my babies did not suffer and I am so grateful. If you are looking for that special time to say goodbye….it is worth every cent. Their service is less than a lot of home EU options and it is at the time you request. Thank so much…it’s a memory I will cherish for all my days and I am so grateful to have it because of Goodbye Good Boy xxx Mummy loves ❤️You Kiah and Saphira xxx”

“Our cat, which was with us for 17 years, had a lot of problems (cancer) in the past few years. Every time he recovered and he could enjoy his life again. Lately, he developed brain cancer, brain swelling and fluids (confirmed by MRI scan). For us, it was a very stressful time watching him struggle to eat, sleep etc. He was quickly going blind and deaf. He was extremely frustrated with himself. When we made a decision, the last thing we wanted to do is to take him somewhere as he hated going anywhere in a car. That's where our home vet recommended Goodbye Good Boy to us. Doctor Dave See, who came to our home, was extremely professional and compassionate. He explained everything to us, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and, although we felt extremely depressed, it was a great relief to see our cat stop suffering in peace. He treated our cat as if it was his friend and us as his family members. Thank you to all at Goodbye Good Boy and even bigger thank you for providing service that we needed at the time. I've got no idea what we would do without you. Our friend's name was Borys...”

“It was the most difficult time in our lives when we lost our boy Jet. I found Goodbye Good Boy very compassionate and the staff easy to talk to. They took their time to discuss the process respectfully, were very professional, prompt and efficient. The white and timber box is beautiful. I recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone who loves their fury family.”

“The experience I had with Goodbye Good Boy was very touching. I didn't expect my boy Greyworm to deteriorate so quickly. I had a feeling he was going pass away before the morning. And I felt panic as it was 7pm already. I knew the local vet and everything was closed. I did not want Greyworm to pass away in pain. I thought the only option was the animal emergency. But I didn't want Greyworm to be anxious in his last moments on earth, as those places are very hectic. I did some quick research for home euthanasia on my phone. Previously, I knew nothing about it let alone knew this sort of thing existed. I found Goodbye Good Boy and gave them a call. The team responded with a compassionate open ear and acted swiftly to help my Greyworm as much as possible. Everything was organised within 30 minutes including details, paperwork, cremation/burial/urn options, digital signature (a very very easy procedure), payment and a home visit doctor to come out to my home. Shortly within only 2 hours, wonderful and kind Dr Chad came out and met the family and assisted Greyworm to peacefully, without pain, in comfort, with dignity, in company of family surrounding him, pass over to the other side. Greyworm the good boy closed his eyes and fell asleep with a smile on his little face with all of us close around him. Thank you so much to the team at Goodbye Good Boy. It almost felt like you became part of Greyworm's family in the last hours of his life. Truely grateful of your service to people, your kindness, empathy and compassion. Love, Greyworm's family”

“What a wonderful service, having the option to say goodbye to our beautiful fur baby at home with the support of vets, nurses and service staff. Everyone was so caring and soft during our service. “Reaching out to Goodbye Good Boy at such a difficult time made the whole experience much easier to deal with and much less stressful. We were able to say goodbye to our beautiful boy in our own home with all our family with him. Everyone was so lovely to deal with and the vet who came out was so gentle and caring and patient. I would definitely recommend using Goodbye Good Boy when it’s time to say goodbye to a loving pet ❤️”

“The team were so supportive and helpful during the most painful loss I have ever experienced. They were reassuring when I wasnt sure if it was time for euthanasia - and I got to chat openly about quality of life so I was sure I was making the right decision. The vet was very gentle, very respectful and very understanding. They made an awful time a peaceful one, and I was offered counselling and someone to talk to if I needed it. About a week later my furbabies ashes were returned to me, and although nothing in this world can replace him it was clear they treated him with dignity and respect. i was grateful to be able to use Zip Pay, and the staff were very helpful when I was trying to work it all out. I will be forever grateful of GBGB for treating my little soulmate like the precious being he was, and I highly recommend them if you have need of this service. Thank you guys, you are Angels x”

“I have nothing but praise for this company. They were really there for my husband and I when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to to say goodbye to our dog Steven. From the minute you contact them they guide you through the whole process. The vets who came to our place were so kind and the procedure was very professional and delicate. As sad as it is to lose a beloved pet, they did make it easier. Our boy isn't suffering anymore. If you need to say goodbye to your pet and you're finding it too hard to take them to the vet and you want the most beautiful service and care, go with these guys.”

“I had such a great experience with goodbye good boy. The vet arrived at my house and was very patient with timing for me to prepare myself. He explained everything he was going to do prior to the procedure. The whole process was very quick and afterwards the vet gave me as much time as I need to say goodbye to my baby. He then wrapped her in a blanket and very respectfully carried her out the his car and placed her gently on the back seat of the car. On return of Bonnie's ashes I was delighted to receive a card with her paw print and some of her fur,which I was not expecting. A few weeks later I had a follow up call from the staff to check in on me. Overall was extremely happy. Thanks for making a hard decision a positive one.”

“Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest experiences any pet parent can face. When our sweet boy, Lenny, was ready to cross over, we turned to Goodbye Pets for support, and we are forever grateful for the compassion and understanding they provided during this difficult time. I made the call to Goodbye Pets at 2:30 am on a Saturday morning, knowing that Lenny's time had come. From that moment onwards, we received nothing but kindness and support. Goodbye Pets quickly organized a vet to come to our home, ensuring Lenny could pass peacefully in familiar surroundings. The vet arrived with such sincerity and empathy, making us feel supported every step of the way. She encouraged us to live stream Lenny's final moments for his family overseas, allowing them to be a part of his farewell. This meant the world to us, knowing that Lenny's brother could say goodbye despite the distance. Throughout the entire process, the vet's patience and understanding were truly remarkable. She gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to Lenny and gently placed him in a beautiful resting basket adorned with flowers, showing true care and respect for our beloved boy. Even after Lenny had crossed over, Goodbye Pets continued to provide support, guiding us through the selection of an urn and keeping us updated via email every step of the way. “When the time came to say goodbye to our beautiful Willow after 14 years, I thought it would be relatively simple to arrange a home euthanasia vet. Not so. The first two services I tried to contact were less than great. One didn't return my email or phone call until 3-4 days later, and the other inundated me with a text message and an unsolicited phone call within a minute of me filling in their online quote form - I hadn't even submitted a request when my phone rang. Not what I needed when I was emotional and just trying to figure out what services the company provided. Then I tried Goodbye, Good Boy. What a difference! A timely reply, by email and sms as I requested. Up front and transparent costing, kind and empathetic, and very efficient service from Cassandra in organising for Dr Steven to come to us later that same day. Steven was calm and reassuring and gave Willow a peaceful and painless goodbye. To be honest, I thought that was pretty much were the service would end. I was wrong. The follow up communication from Goodbye Good Boy and their pet cremation service was just as great. We were contacted at each step to ensure our wishes were met, and Willow was returned to us safely. We elected to have Willow's ashes returned to us in a 'plain' tin for scattering, I expected nothing extra. Instead the package included a lovely certificate, a paw print, a clipping of fur and a packet of native seeds to plant in memory. Unexpected touches that were very moving and spoke of the care and love taken. I could not recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. Thank you for making a really emotionally draining time just that much easier.”

“From the moment I had to make the heart breaking call to Goodbye Good boy they were so kind and caring. The communication and service from them throughout the entire process was so reassuring. Right from the initial contact, the follow up phone calls and emails and when our beautiful Max was returned to us. The love, care and respect that they showed us has been instrumental in helping us cope with our loss and grief. The vet who came to our house was absolutely amazing, the love and care that she showed towards our beloved Max and the entire family is something I will never forget and will be forever grateful for. Thank you Goodby Good boy, we will be forever grateful for everything you have done for our beloved Max and our family, and we will treasure the fitting memorial you provided for Max.
