We had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Sheba and Goodbye Good Boy provided an absolutely wonderful service from beginning to end. Dr. Taylor was sensitive, kind and provided information at every step of the way. I was so distraught and overwhelmed and she made me feel at ease with her caring nature. When I received my Sheba's ashes with a beautiful engraved box, her paw prints and some of her fur, I was overwhelmed again but with gratitude. I now know the importance of having someone come to the house where the animal is at home surrounded by loved ones and made to feel so comfortable. She was treated with respect at all times, even when she was wrapped in a big blanket to take her to the car. I can't thank everyone involved enough to make our pain just a little bit more bearable.
