“Our beautiful girl Bella brought us so much joy and love. When it was time to say goodbye Goodbye Good Boy were there to support us and guide us through the heartbreaking process. We are forever grateful & appreciate all the care, love & guidance. We will never forget Bella, her love & kisses will be in our hearts forever. Jess thank you so very much as well as all the staff involved in this heartbreaking time. Thank you Ian and Julie.”

“Saying goodbye to our much love dog Cody of 15 years was always going to be difficult, but we couldn't have felt more supported by the team at Goodbye Good Boy. The process was compassionate, professional, and personalised. The care for both Cody and we three humans was exceptional. Cody was comfortable in his home environment, with his bed, his toys, his own backyard and the three people who had been his focus for his own life. The vet explained the process to us all and allowed us appropriate space and time to adjust to what lay ahead of us. Thank you all, you made a traumatic and emotionally challenging experience as positive as could be.”

“At a horribly traumatic time, it was a relief to have access to a service that allowed us to have our beautiful mastiff, George, put to rest in the comfort of her own home. The vet who attended was considerate, caring and patient, allowing us the time we needed to say goodbye to our beautiful George before proceeding with the service. The follow up care by Goodbye Good Boy also set their service apart, reaching out to us before and afterwards to see how we are feeling and if there was any further support they could provide. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone, and due to having several other pets, and the inevitable, we will be using them when the time sadly comes again.”

“Goodbye Goodboy is the service you want along side you when you have to make the decision to say goodbye to your pet. From the initial call to receiving our girls ashes back home, this service just made the decision of saying goodbye easier. The memorial video and hand painted portrait (which captured the essence of our girl) was a fabulous way to remember your pet by. Highly recommend this service.”

“We reached out to Good Bye Good Boy to help our 14-year-old cat, Vixen, cross the rainbow bridge after her bone cancer symptoms began to worsen. It was an incredibly heartbreaking time, and we are truly grateful for the kind and compassionate vet who came to our property. She allowed us to move at our own pace and patiently answered all of our questions. It was clear she was a genuine animal lover, and she treated Vixen with the utmost care and tenderness. She gently carried our beautiful girl onward for cremation, and the Good Bye Good Boy team kept us informed and supported throughout the entire process. We were especially touched to receive a follow-up call three months later, checking in on how we were doing and offering free counselling if needed. This is a truly kind and compassionate company. The entire experience was handled with such care, and we felt our beloved Vixen was in the best of hands. Thank you.”

“In the most traumatic of times, saying goodbye to our beautiful 2yo BC girl, Piper, the whole team at GGB were professional, compassionate and gentle. We had a mix up with the pendants but the team rang back immediately and organized the rectification of the error as quickly as possible. 100% would recommend the services of Goodbye Good Boy to anyone looking for a company who can guide you through the experience of farewellibg a beloved fur baby.”

“We used Goodbye Good Boy when we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old little dashie Allie. In all honesty it was such a heartbreaking time but Goodbye Good Boy were just so compassionate and helpful. We were not once put under any pressure to say goodbye. I would highly recommend using this service when the time comes to say goodbye.”

“We contacted Goodbye Good Boy at short notice after our beloved cat suddenly became very unwell and we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. We couldn't have asked for more sensitivity from the team while we were struggling through our grief, and appreciated their flexibility and understanding. “I am very grateful to my regular vet for recommending Goodbye Good Boy to us. The gentle compassion and understanding from everyone at Goodbye Good Boy made a very difficult decision a little easier to bear. “Fantastic service! We wouldn’t have done it any other way. They made everyone feel completely at ease and really made us feel like this was the best thing for our dog and us. We had a special morning with our black lab, took him to the creek, fed him McDonald’s, it was very special. He was at such ease and really didn’t feel a thing. Thank you so much more making our last moments with him so memorable. 💕”
