“I cannot recommend Goodbye Goodboy services highly enough. Every single person I dealt with was an absolutely amazing, caring and kind individual. They are so understanding and compassionate during what was a really hard time for myself and family. Their aftercare service is also great. Just having someone call to check in and their offers of support, meant so much. Such a supportive company, with amazing staff.”

“We found the care and understanding that Goodbye Good Boy's vet gave both our lovely old dog Poppy and ourselves made her final minutes so peaceful and easy for her. It is hard to say Goodbye but to know that there is no more suffering is a blessing and the vet who attended our home to care for Poppy treated her with the utmost respect and care. Thank you!”

“Words can not express how happy I was with the team at goodbye good boy from putting my dog to sleep on his couch outside with us all around him to receiving the ashes a few days later with a lock of his hair seeds to plant and his paw print I was so comforted by this whole experience that normally is so terrifying thanks to the whole team Sally McCarthy”

“Cassandra was great, Bodhi had given all he could, it was the most peaceful heartfelt service. We had taken our other dog to the vet when it was time but this was the beautiful goodbye for my little boy.... thank you Cassandra.”

“This was a wonderful service and I am SO glad I did things this way My 17 1/2 yo old Devon was so frail, but this way he was in my arms in his own environment when he went to sleep. The vet Dr Stephen was lovely.”

“From filling out an online form on the very early hours of Sunday morning to one of the team contacting me regarding urgent arrangements to be made that same morning. To them turning up with all care and compassion and allowing a comfortable, familiar goodbye for Karma was above and beyond what i had expected but everything she deserved. Thank you for making such a very average time as good as it could be.”

“At a very difficult time, the people we talked to were kind and gentle, and dealt with our beloved Daisy in such a way that it eased our loss a little. I can't think of a better way to say goodbye to a very much loved part of our family. The end was calm and peaceful and the vet was careful to make sure that we were ready at each stage of the process. Really, really impressed with the service from first contact with them.”

“This was the second time I have used Goodbye Goodboy and each time the vets that came out were so wonderfully caring and compassionate. It made saying goodbye less stressful for me and especially my beloved pets as they were still in the comfort of their own homes. “Best decision to get you guys on board. We made the painstaking decision to put our beloved ol' girl to sleep and was able to get an appointment within 24hrs. It was a beautiful, peaceful and respectful experience, one that I recommend to anyone navigating end-of-life with their pet.”

“The service was compassionate in its delivery, from the first phone call to saying my final goodbye to my two beautiful huskies. They even followed up to check in, which was above and beyond what I was expecting. The vet who attended talked me through the process calmly and reassuringly, this calmness followed through to how she interacted with my dogs. It was peaceful and provided me with quality time to be with my dogs through their final journey.”

“So compassionate during our family’s darkest day. They gave us time, respected our boy right to the very end and checked in on us a few times afterwards. Goodbye Good Boy allowed us to say goodbye to our sweet boy at home while in his bed wearing is cozy pj’s and we will be forever grateful for that”
