“So compassionate during our family’s darkest day. They gave us time, respected our boy right to the very end and checked in on us a few times afterwards. Goodbye Good Boy allowed us to say goodbye to our sweet boy at home while in his bed wearing is cozy pj’s and we will be forever grateful for that”

“From the initial phone call I had to make to the follow-up call after the service had been provided, the service at Goodbye Good Boy was a heart-felt amazing experience. When talking to the staff, you realise their compassion and empathy for losing a furbaby and they walk you through each step of what to expect and what the next steps are. I have recommended this service to many people since, for a similar service whereby they want their furbaby to be in their own home and comfortable as they say their sad good byes. Goodbye, Good Boy was an amazing experience that I will forever be grateful I found.”

“When we had to put our Russell out of his pain the vet was amazing. But it was on a cold floor in a surgery. GGB was amazing. Marley was 14 and was my little girl. Dawn and Corrie were so caring and understanding Dr Stephen was so gentle and caring as well. Marley layer on her bed and peacefully went to sleep with all of us around her. Perfect service and the best way to say goodbye to your fur baby. I always have said love animals hate humans. But definitely NOT these beautiful people.”

“Goodbye good boy were just amazing to help us through the tough time of saying goodbye to our beautiful Bella. The staff were very empathetic before, during and after her passing. The vet that came out was delightful and so caring to Bella our our sorrow. Treated our Bella with the utmost respect and love. We highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy when the tough decision comes for your beloved furbaby. Intimate and having Bella comfortable with her family and familiar surrounding was made possible with Goodbye Good Boy.”

“We were devastated that we had to say Goodbye to our beloved Snoop. We chose GGB because we wanted him to feel safe and secure in our home. We were guided with each step, giving us peace of mind. I do feel it has helped greatly with dealing with the grief of losing our pet. Although it is never something you want to think about, I am glad we chose Goodbye Good Boy.”

“It is a harrowing and depressing time when your beloved pet comes to the end of their life. Our twelve years with our beloved Indi was drawing to a close all too quickly, and we had to make the difficult decision to let her go and not have her suffer. Goodbye Gold Boy made this difficult time as peaceful and respectful and dignified as possible. We were able to farewell Indi in the calm and security of our own home. The vet made sure it was about us saying goodbye to Indi in the most comfortable way possible. We can not recommend Goodbye Good Boy highly enough,”

“Finding out that Lara, our baby girl, was ill and dying was a terrible shock to our whole family. Our wish for such a sweet soul was a peaceful and easy passing, surrounded by the people that love her. Goodbye good boy, and their beautiful vet Dr. Sandra, were so caring, gentle, and compassionate and did their absolute utmost to make a difficult day as easy to bear as possible. My husband, children, and I are so grateful for the chance we had to be with Lara until the end and the respect that was given to our grief. I would highly recommend the service goodbye good boy provided to anyone that needs it, as they are truly wonderful. Nothing can take away the pain and sadness but there is comfort in going through the process and being there for your bestest friend as they were always there for you ❤️”

“When the time came to say goodbye to our beautiful Willow after 14 years, I thought it would be relatively simple to arrange a home euthanasia vet. Not so. The first two services I tried to contact were less than great. One didn't return my email or phone call until 3-4 days later, and the other inundated me with a text message and an unsolicited phone call within a minute of me filling in their online quote form - I hadn't even submitted a request when my phone rang. Not what I needed when I was emotional and just trying to figure out what services the company provided. Then I tried Goodbye, Good Boy. What a difference! A timely reply, by email and sms as I requested. Up front and transparent costing, kind and empathetic, and very efficient service from Cassandra in organising for Dr Steven to come to us later that same day. Steven was calm and reassuring and gave Willow a peaceful and painless goodbye. To be honest, I thought that was pretty much were the service would end. I was wrong. The follow up communication from Goodbye Good Boy and their pet cremation service was just as great. We were contacted at each step to ensure our wishes were met, and Willow was returned to us safely. We elected to have Willow's ashes returned to us in a 'plain' tin for scattering, I expected nothing extra. Instead the package included a lovely certificate, a paw print, a clipping of fur and a packet of native seeds to plant in memory. Unexpected touches that were very moving and spoke of the care and love taken. I could not recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. Thank you for making a really emotionally draining time just that much easier.”

“From the moment I had to make the heart breaking call to Goodbye Good boy they were so kind and caring. The communication and service from them throughout the entire process was so reassuring. Right from the initial contact, the follow up phone calls and emails and when our beautiful Max was returned to us. The love, care and respect that they showed us has been instrumental in helping us cope with our loss and grief. The vet who came to our house was absolutely amazing, the love and care that she showed towards our beloved Max and the entire family is something I will never forget and will be forever grateful for. Thank you Goodby Good boy, we will be forever grateful for everything you have done for our beloved Max and our family, and we will treasure the fitting memorial you provided for Max. I will treasure the digital print and Max’s pore print forever. Thank you The Laing Family”

“We are so thankful for the support and compassion provided by all members from Goodbye Good Boy. From our initial phone call to the vets who attended they all made this sad experience a beautiful peaceful send off for our darling little Mario. Everyone was so kind and came on time, even when returning our baby boys ashes to us. There are not enough words to describe the excellent service provided.”
