“I simply couldn’t have gotten through the day of my beautiful Safari’s passing without the incredible kindness of ‘Goodbye Good Boy’. From the first phone call everyone I came into contact with was just so supportive which helped me make the final decision to put Safari to sleep as peacefully as possible. He was 14 1/2 years old, held 3 Australian Championships as was a stunning red roan Cocker Spaniel. He had severe dementia and finally the medications he was on stopped doing their job and he was extremely anxious, not sleeping or finally eating. I was heart broken 💔 as he was the love of my life, and everyone knew it. This amazing company supported me at every step. The vet who came was compassionate, stoic and made my boy comfortable and ready for his final journey. My young Cocker, Belle stayed with him the whole time and when he passed and was placed in the basket to be transported from our home she got in the basket and lay with him. This loving moment helped her to realize he was gone. It has been over 3 months since he passed but I haven’t had the strength to write the review until now. I can’t recommend this wonderful company highly enough. They will hold your hand literally every step of the journey even ringing a couple of weeks later to see how you are travelling.”

“We recently said goodbye to our beloved cat Fanta and were supported through the process by Dr Anthea from Goodbye Good Boy. She was incredibly caring and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and gently ensuring Fanta remained calm and comfortable throughout. Dr Anthea also showed such patience and understanding with our young children, answering their questions and helping them feel included in the farewell. She even recommended a wonderful book to help them process their grief. We’re so grateful for the kindness, support and professionalism shown by Dr Anthea and the whole team from Goodbye Good Boy. They made an incredibly difficult time a little easier for our whole family.”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy highly enough. From the wonderful supportive call I received to talk through the question of when it was the 'right time', to the care and compassion that Dr Kieran showed to my beautiful Piper, everyone I have come in to contact with has made this devastating process so much easier. The home euthanasia service was handled so beautifully and it was actually a lovely experience, which is not something I thought I would ever say about saying goodbye to a much-loved member of the family. Dr Kieran showed such care towards Piper and gave both myself and Piper the time we needed, and I have some great memories of our last moments together. To any pet parent who is in the position of being able to choose when they say goodbye to their furry friend, please give Goodbye Good Boy a call.”

“Excellent communication and reliable during the worst time of my life losing Boey. His heart failure had progressed too far. 12yrs 8 months was a good long life but really thought he would get to 16 - wishful thinking. Thank you for coming to our home. “Goodbye Good Boy have been absolutely amazing since I connected with them. They provided guidance and advice when we were considering euthanasia for our beloved border collie Pippa, and when we made the decision to go ahead, the vets who came to our home were so gentle, kind and understanding. They gave us time and space to say our goodbyes, and once Pippa was gone, Goodbye Good Boy kept us updated on her journey. Pippa has been gone for nearly 5 months now, and just a couple of weeks ago, Goodbye Good Boy reached out again just to see how we were doing. We have appreciated their ongoing support so much, and can't recommend them enough if you are unfortunate enough to require euthanasia for your beloved family member.”

“I highly reccomend Goodbye Goodboy. They provided a very caring service at a very sad time. My lovely Cinnamons passing was calm, relaxed and pain free. As sad as it was, and still is, I am happy that Cinnamon remained at home, comfortable, for her final goodbye.”

“Goodbye Good Boy are an amazing organisation who made the passing of our little girl Indy so much less painful than it had to be. Indy was unwell suffering from cancer and to have a group like this arrange everything needed to asssist us with her passing made our last few days with her enjoyable ones. We spemt some lovely days with Indy where we could just spoil and enjoy her. We thank Goodbye Good Boy for their consideration of the situation, their compassion, their organisational skills and for making our last moments with Indy pleasurable ones.”

“Goodbye Good Boy came to my rescue when my 9 year old kitty Billy became ill with large cell lymphoma and mediastinal mass. I brought him home palliativelly and called Goodbye Good Boy who came recommended by the Cat Specialist Services. When I phoned, Beck answered the call. Beck was very kind and listened to my story with compassion and understanding. I knew some time in the near future I would have to call again and make arrangements for home euthanasia for my cherished Billy. That time came two weeks later and Beck remembered me and Billy. Goodbye Good Boy enabled me to say goodbye in my own home attended by a lovely vet who travelled to the island where we live. Billy passed away in the garden, in the dappled light of the trees. He was surrounded by my family who made the journey to the island to say goodbye. I greatly appreciate Goodbye Good Boy, who still keep in touch to check on my well-being. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and emotional support. Thank you Goodbye Good Boy who enabled us to say goodbye with love.”

“We were most impressed with the service we recieved from GGB on the day we lost our big beautiful boy, DR Liv Brennen was very professional and most caring in her manner at all times, making sure Saxon was at no time uncomfitable or stressed. We will have no trouble recomending GGB or DR Liv to our friends We were also contacted by Pets Eternal about 8 weeks after to see how we were coping which we thought was very nice of them.”

“5 stars are not enough for our experience with Goodby Good Boy. From my initial emotional phone call to them the process and care provided to us was outstanding. The whole experience saying farewell to our beloved Bob was heartbreaking for our family, but it was carreid out with peace, respect and love. I know it won't be too long before we have to use their services again with our 14 year dog Millie. Highly recommend.”

“In March 2025 we had to make the heartbreaking decision, with advice from our vet, to euthanise our beautiful 15 year old Maltese Shih-Tzu, Rumi. To avoid any further stress for our boy we chose Goodbye Good Boy. The staff were so supportive and helpful from the moment we called to make the appointment. It was so difficult to say goodbye to our boy but, saying goodbye at home with all our family with him made it much easier than being at the vet. I highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy .”

“Our beautiful Molly was 16 and very frail when we contacted Goodbye Good Boy. Molly always hated the vets and would quake the whole time there so as we didn’t want her final moments to be filled with fear, we contacted Goodbye Good Boy and they ensured Molly’s final moments were serene and peaceful.
