“Such a peaceful and loving goodbye to our little Jax. It was all done with such dignity and no stress for our boy who had cancer. Would highly recommend when the time comes to any doggie or cat parents.”

“Melissa was wonderful, extremely gentle and respectful. Jack took to her immediately which was unusual for him. She also took the time to get to know Jack and the family and made sure that we were all as comfortable as we could be at every step of the process. The support before and after was very reassuring and made the situation as manageable as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend saying goodbye to your fury friend in this manner. Jack’s final moments were filled with calm, love and respect which is exactly what we wanted for him.”

“Goodbye Good Boy team have been absolutely wonderful with helping my family through navigating the most difficult decision of saying goodbye to our beloved boy Garfield. Dawn from Goodbye Good Boy was with us every step of the way, explained the process and made it all so much easier. Dawn handled every interaction with the outmost compassion and understanding, took interest in Garfield and the history we shared and reassured me every step of the way. This is one of the most difficult decisions any pet parent will ever face and having a personalised and respectful service such as Goodbye Good Boy makes that burden easier to bear. I would recommend Dawn and Goodbye Good Boy to anyone finding themselves in the same situation. Sanja”

“I had to make the hardest decision in my life to put my dog down because his kidneys failed him and he was just so ill. The best decision I made was to call Goodbye Good Boy to help me navigate this process. I knew I wanted Harry to be home and comfortable and not at the vet when this had to happen. I was an absolute mess and the online step one process was made easy . It explained what would happen next and guided me so I could be prepared gently. From the second Dawn called to start the second step (I burst into tears), she was so nurturing, caring and understanding and I felt instantly at ease knowing I was doing the right thing. The vet Melissa, was there within the hour for step three and was equally gentle and kind and explained everything slowly to us. The fact that Harry would be sedated first to give us time to spend with him and say our goodbyes was so special and important. Only when we were ready Melissa slowly and gently put Harry to rest. The steps continued to move me right up until weeks later. We decided to cremate Harry and that whole process and customer service was incrediable with beautiful surprises along the way. If you ever have to face this horrible but necessary decision, I highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy. Cheryl”

“I would like to thank the staff of Goodbye Good Boy for their care and understanding at a very difficult time for our family. In particular the veterinarian, Dr Sherini Joshi, was very compassionate when she visited our home. It was a very peaceful goodbye for our loving and loyal seventeen year old ‘Hugo’.”

“We farewelled our beautiful Lola with Goodbye Good Boy. For an unpleasant moment in life it was made a bit more bare-able with the team. Our beautiful girl is home with us again and we appreciate the care taken with her. Thank you again for looking after her for us.”

“The care, compassion and service given, by Goodbye Good Boy was exceptional. To be able to say goodbye to our beloved Tania in the comfort and security of her home made the heartbreaking decision a lot easier. To know that Tania was not stressed about being in a vet clinic gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone who has to face the time when we say goodbye to our beloved pets.”

“The hardest decision you'll ever have to make, is when you decide the time has come to put your loved pet to sleep. To me this caused me so much heartbreak. But the morning when I sat, drinking my coffee, Diesel came to me and put his head on my lap and looked at me. I just he was telling me, it was his time. I rang Goodby Good Boy and spoke to the wonderful lady Cassandra who helped me throughout this decision. Her empathy was exceptional and comforting. She organised a vet Dr Sugumar, to come to my home. The vet arrived and shared with me, what Diesel was going through, his pain levels and that I was making the right decision. He gave Diesel a sedative and made sure he was asleep. He then put him to rest. He took Diesel to be cremated. 10 days later, Diesel's ashes arrived and I put him in our garden. Thank you to the staff at Goodbye Good Boy for everything and for helping me through such a difficult decision xx”

“In the hardest time of our lives the team at GBGB was our guardian angels and we cannot thank them enough. From the first phone call to Cassandra where I could hardly speak through my tears to the catch up calls weeks after to ensure we was all coping, the empathy the understanding and communication shown in such a challenging time was nothing short of exceptional. Dr Emily showed so much patience and compassion and made sure Fred’s last moments were exactly as we wished them to be. As traumatic as it was for us as a family to say goodbye to our baby boy we have so much peace knowing how peaceful it was for our Fred and knowing once he was taken he would be respected and handled with care until returned home to us. We never wanted to let him go but we knew it was time we didn’t want him to suffer, I couldn’t have imagined having to do that at the vets a place Fred hated, instead he was cuddled up on my knee in his favourite place on the couch surrounded by all of us fed his favourite treats right up until falling asleep, and we got to grieve privately as a family as nothing can prepare you for that moment and what comes after. All of this made possible by GBGB. We will never be able to express enough gratitude to thank you for your amazing service and allowing us to give the best send off possible to our little boy in a fur coat 💙”

“It’s has been a few months now since my beautiful 14 year old Labrador Retriever Rocky passed. I just wanted to thank all the staff at Goodbye Goodboy for helping myself and my family through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our beloved Rocky. I want to particularly thank Ingrid the vet from Goodbye Goodboy and Adrian from Pets Eternal,who were present during this difficult time. They were very understanding, empathetic and genuinely cared about us and most importantly our Rocky. I highly recommend speaking with this team when you have to make a very difficult decision as they are very supportive and help guide you through the steps with the utmost respect.
